The home features sun-filled living with a gourmet kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, sparkling bathrooms and beautiful outdoor spaces with rocking chairs on the front patio and an expansive rear patio with a lounge, BBQ, and newly installed plunge pool and sun deck.

The Space:
Welcome to the Boatyard Oasis, a gorgeous sun-filled home within the peaceful neighborhood of Lincolnville giving you a great base to see the city with everything you could need to stay, play or even work.

Check yourself in and be greeted with a modern open plan living area where you can relax on the luxe leather lounge and stream all your favorites on the big screen smart TV – the perfect place for a movie night in.

Step through into the gourmet kitchen and cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner with everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a large fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, double chef ovens, a glass cooktop, a built in microwave, a Keurig coffee machine and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.

Sit up at the sleek granite breakfast bar for a quick lunch or for meals with the group, gather around the dining area with a stylish table set for six. Don’t feel like cooking? Go for a stroll and be spoilt for choice with many delicious restaurants and cafes to choose from only minutes away.

The home is perfectly set up for remote workers or students with a custom workspace by the window with upgraded high speed internet to keep you connected to those all-important zoom calls.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms within the home with each offing comfortable beds topped in soft, quality bedding along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The master bedroom is filled with a luxuriously large king bed, its own smart TV and a sparkling ensuite with dual vanities and an oversize walk in shower.

Bedroom two features a comfortable queen bed and smart tv while bedroom three is perfect for kids or singles with a twin over queen bunk bed giving you plenty of options for your group or family.

The central bathroom offers a relaxing full size bath with an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft fluffy towels for each guest. You’ll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy your morning coffee out on the front porch in the comfort of a rocking chair as you soak up the morning sun in style. Of an afternoon, make your way out onto the beautiful decked patio where you can chill out with friends on the full outdoor lounge - the perfect place for cocktails while the chef cooks up dinner on the BBQ.

Guests are welcome to take out one of the supplied Cruiser bikes and experience this one of a kind city at your own pace or for an on water adventure, you’ll be right across the street from a marina with daily dock rentals so you can bring along your own boat and see the city from a whole different perspective.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

There is also 2 Cruiser bikes with locks that guests are welcome to take out and use.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located within leafy Lincolnville, home to the largest concentrations of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.

The house is right across the street from a marina with daily dock rentals where guests can bring along their own boat and see the city from a different perspective.

Jump aboard the Trolley to take an easy tour of the city or cycle out on the supplied Cruiser bikes and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.

Experience sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just minutes from the house.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking included with your stay.

You’ll have access to Cruiser bikes along with helmets and locks giving you another great way to see the city at your own pace.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

PET POLICY:
We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
