Your ideal coastal vacation awaits at this stylish and modern 3BR/2BA home just north of Madeira Beach. Drive 10 minutes to hit the sand, or dine alfresco on the backyard patio. Highlights include an open-concept plan, multiple living areas, and a prime location near Lake Seminole.

Dining options, shops, and convenient amenities abound in the area. Local attractions, including the Florida Botanical Gardens, Long Bayou, and several golf courses are easily accessible.

LIVING AREA

After a fun-filled beach day, unwind in the stylish living area, furnished with a plush sectional. Or relax in the family room, appointed with a plush sectional, sofa, and 55” cable smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

BED & BATH

This one-story home sleeps up to six guests over three bedrooms.

Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 50” cable smart TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is appointed with two twin beds, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed.

A second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Dine alfresco on the patio, furnished with table seating for six.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, beach toys, a travel crib, bed railing, and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

THE LOCATION

Drive just 10 minutes to spend the day at the beach! Find a plethora of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. Parks, including nearby Lake Seminole, are within a short drive.

Local attractions include Florida Botanical Gardens and the John’s Pass boardwalk and shopping area.

Golf opportunities and multiple marinas are also available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Vacation Spot

This vacation spot was adorable. It was kinda hard to get the whole house to cool off especially the master bedroom but other than that it was perfect. It’s close to everything around in a quiet little neighborhood.

Family stay

My family and I enjoyed Parrots Sailboat!!!! The house was set just for us!!! I loved the master bedroom and shower and my little ones loved the room with twin beds and books. The area is very quiet and close to the beach ⛱️!

Nice space

This house was spacious enough for us 5 with 2 living spaces. Master bathroom is really nice. It is comfortable, both beds and couch. Good location being in the middles between Saint Pete and Clearwater and Tampa. The cleaning ladies clearly never clean in the hidden spaces, otherwise it would be a 5 star stay for us!

Good place

Good place. Nice and clean inside, but the back yard/side yards both need to be cleaned up. From the TV room if you look out the view is of a shed covered in green mold and no where clean to sit. There was a notice not to run the shower and washing machine at the same time or the sewer would back up. Not really a pleasant thing to think about when you are paying for a vacation home. The twin bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. We also found a big bug crawling in the bath tub. We liked that the house was nice and roomy for three people. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of plates, cups, and saucers. It would have been very helpful to have a map to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores to help us with navigation. I would stay there again, but only if those things were addressed.

Never Again

The yard was not mowed and filled with long weeds. The outside furniture was so dirty no one would dare sit on it. The front window blinds were broke. The master bed mattress is so old you roll into the middle as well as being completely uncomfortable. Coming in the front door the door mat was so dirty you would track in debris falling from the Maple Trees out front. The sliding glass doors were almost inoperable the tracks were so dirty and one side was not even locked when we arrived. That's it for VRBO!!!!!!!
