High Pointe 3133 Enjoy coastal living at Beach Haven, a well-appointed condo in the gated High Pointe Resort. The convenient 30A location is walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach! After a sun-kissed day, sip a crisp beverage on the furnished patio. Enjoy resort amenities, including a lagoon-style pool, a hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis, and pickleball courts.

Set on Seacrest Beach, High Pointe Resort is central to 30A outdoor activities, including bike trails, state parks, and coastal dune lakes. Enjoy scenic strolls and waterside bike rides on the 30A path just in front of the building. Or drive to Pier Park for amusement rides, concerts, and oceanfront restaurants. Go snorkeling at Grouper Reef, an artificial reef just 970’ from the Inlet Beach access point.

Unwind into vacation mode in the open living area, with a sofa bed, three armchairs, and a TV. Release your inner chef in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Serve up delectable meals at the dining table. Complimentary WiFi and an in-home washer/dryer are provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great vacation!

We had an awesome time on our trip. The location to the pool and the beach were great. My only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress. It was the cheapest, hardest mattress ever.

Good location close to the beach access

The bed frame in the master bedroom was broken we notice it the first night. We called the next day, but it was late, and no one could come to fix it, the only solution they gave me was to sleep on the couch or in the living room. Luckily we were able to assemble it enough for us to sleep there. The next morning they were there to fix it, but took some time. We also inquire about the curtains on the master bedroom not closing properly and them falling down, again my husband had to fix them, but we had to secure them with hairclips. Also, the washing machine was unbalance and make a lot of noise while spinning. I really couldn't use it. Other than those issues the place was clean and located perfectly in the first floor and close to the entrance. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool view was good, not too noisy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the property & convenience to the beach, local shops & restaurants. The unit was updated, but I felt it could have been cleaned a little better. There were cob webs on patio furniture & when the grass was cut, clippings were left all over our first floor patio. We overall really enjoyed our experience.

Nice condo with easy access to the beach

We were happy with this nicely maintained and comfortable condo. It had a well equipped kitchen and updated appliances. The internet in C-133 was quite slow (about 1 Mbps). I rebooted the wireless router, but that did not help. We were able to read email and do web searches, but experienced buffering with video streaming.

Good, but not great.

The place itself was decorated well, had the amenities we needed and was a great location. That said, when we arrived the floor felt sticky, the top bed linens didn’t look clean, and the curtains in the primary bedroom didn’t close all the way. There was also evidence of areas where the condo could use some maintenance. With the amount it cost to stay there, we felt it was overpriced for what we experienced. Not bad, just not great.

VACASA Customer Service terrible. Unit really nice

Checked in for our once a year family vacation with our 4 young children on a Friday. As most eager families do upon arrival we went to hit the pool…only find out it was closed. After more investigation, we were informed that the pool had been down for 3 days prior to our check in and would not be fixed at minimum until day 6 of our trip. Turned out to not be fixed our entire trip. We called Vacasa immediately to inquire about the situation. We have many complaints about Vacasa, but first is that we were not told upfront about the pool before arrival. When perhaps we could have made arrangements to find another property with a functioning pool. Instead we have to arrive, unpack, go to the pool extremely excited, and waste our time on our trip figuring out the problem. I mean who books a beach vacation, paying nearly $8,000 and is okay with no pool for 4 small kids? Vacasa gave us no choice to get our money back, basically forcing us to stay. They would not even tell us how much would be refunded until check out. Vacasa customer service was extremely rude and insulting during every conversation had with them. They told us over and over that it’s not a big deal for the pool to be out. They said “ it’s not a hot water heater or the AC out.” They could not understand the importance of having a pool for a beach vacation for most people. I would never pay to stay on the beach with kids and no pool, let alone almost $8000. In the end, we left 2 days early from our trip. Vacasa agreed to refund us one of those nights and also only 20%of the entire stay for the pool inconvenience. There’s no amount of money besides a full refund that could fix all the time spent on this ordeal, the tears of frustration of being basically robbed of our money, and the tears and frustration of our young kids who just wanted to swim in a pool and not at the ocean. The Unit itself was nice and updated. Didn’t have carpet which is really appreciated. Fully stock kitchen with all the necessary things. Enjoyed being on the first floor. There were many bugs inside the unit despite me sweeping daily and keeping things off the floor.

Great location!

Great location and perfect size unit for my family of 4. Just 2 items for improvement… could’ve been a little cleaner. Corners and shower floors need bleaching. Also it was disappointing that our unit didn’t include beach chair rentals. We traveled with 6 other families, paid the most for our unit and our chairs were the only ones not included. Overall a great trip though and such a perfect location on 30A.

Great stay at the High Pointe! Nicely updated 2 bedroom condo. Could use some new patio furniture to go with the interior update but overall a wonderful experience.

Spacious and comfortable

Pleasant place and very pleased with this unit. I’d stay again. Pool and hot tub only stay open until 10 pm. Very much a family oriented place. The location near Rosemary activities was great.

Great off season stay!

First time visit to 30A and loved the location to be able to walk and bike to coffee, restaurants and playgrounds. As well as to the beach. It was wonderful to have a unit managed by Vacasa who were available daily to help as we had issues accessing the unit, with the wristbands, and internet. They were always available to help. I will say the internet, while improved was not sufficient to work remotely via VPN. Additionally the unit does not have beach/pool towels and the towels they do have shed terrible (do not throw them in the wash or dryer with anything else). We loved visiting in February when things were open and gearing up for “the season” but still chill and the beaches were wide open. The water at the pool and ocean was too cold to swim but we were able to get a month pass to the Rosemary beach fitness center which I’m lured access to the indoor pool next door. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: High Point Resort isn't a place that's going to visually "WOW" you. There's nothing opulent about it. And, it was designed in an era when architecture was pretty mediocre. But, it's a place that checks all the boxes. It's conveniently located to downtown Rosemary Beach (maybe 5-7 minute walk). It's also right across the street from a wonderful pavilion, which has music every night, some nice restaurants, and the area's only SMALL grocery store. The grounds of High Pointe are kept in very good condition. The pool, while a hair dated looking, is massive, with lots of loungers and tables around it. Crabby Steve's, an EXCELLENT lunch/dinner spot, is also on the property, overlooking the beach. And the beach itself is private. So whereas all the other beaches have 5-8 rows of chairs and tons of crowds, you can walk down to the beach anytime of day and easily grab a chair. Inside, the condo is nice! The furnishings are trendy and modern. And the sofa and beds are all very comfortable. Lack of blackout curtains is probably the only negative. But it's a minor quibble. I would absolutely stay here again. You can't get this kind of value anywhere else in the Rosemary Beach area. And if you do, you have a long walk to the beach, then sit elbow-to-elbow with 10,000 of your closest friends.
