Enjoy top-notch amenities, including three pools (two outdoor and one indoor), shuffleboard courts, barbeque grills (a short walk from the back patio), a fitness center, a sauna and steam room, and Adirondack chairs for seaside relaxation.

Soak up the sun by the beach, enjoy natural trails at the nearby state park, explore local cuisine at the nearby restaurants, or check out shopping and entertainment at The Wharf (a 10- to 15-minute drive). Seafarers will love taking a dolphin cruise or fishing charter from Orange Beach Marina (a 7-minute drive).

Your enviable locale is within easy access to beaches, the state park, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Drive 20 minutes to The Park at OWA, a 520-acre amusement park and entertainment resort destination.

Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great for our family

The condo was a nice resting place for us at the end of a busy day. We liked that it was close to the indoor pool and sauna/steam room area. A little bit of a walk to the beach area but not bad. It does have a view of the main road, which was fine but not as nice as an ocean view.

This condo was nice, but the fact that I had to reach out to Vacassa over and over and over again to fix a hazard really ruined it for me.

Sheets on both beds appeared to be dirty and stained, couldnā€™t see the beach at all from the balcony like you see in the pictures, would not rebook.

Misleading

Buildings 1 and 2 do not have the beach view you may be expecting, we had a wonderful view of a parking lot and a highway. The noise at night is next level, this home would greatly benefit from some sound proofing.

Everything we needed

Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 6. I would bring an extra blanket the ones on the beds are very thin and the a/c works very well lol Large balcony was perfect for the kids to sit outside and play between trips to the beach. Carts available by elevators making bringing bags up and down when checking in and out easy. Parking fee is high but lot is secure with security very visible. Kids loved the indoor pool which is located right by this unit.

Relaxing getaway

So cute and a nice break! The property has been remodeled and updated. Cute interior. It is the end unit right by the main highway so you hear all the traffic. During our stay the property was getting a new roof and the work was directly over our condo. This was not disclosed until we arrived for our stay. So one entire day the noise was very disturbing! Overall, it was a nice break and getaway. Convenient location!

Dusty

The Unit has not been dusted in 6 months or longer, the air conditioner didnā€™t work for 36 hours. All AC vents were covered in dust that has been caked on for a LONG time. My child stored her bag under the bed, pulled it back out and it was covered in dust. I will never stay there again!

Vacation 2022

The condo was very nice beautifully furnished the water pressure is not the best . Vacasa didn't let us know that the renovation was going on which was right on top of us on the roof and the elevator is very small and hard to get a cart on with our things. We also wasn't told we had to buy parking passes for 30. For each car until we was headed to the condo.

Bachelorette trip

It was awful. When we arrived, the air was broken. It was 80 degrees in the unit. We called immediately at 4:00 to have the air fixed and did not get an answer from anyone until 11:00 that night, about switching units for the night, which in turn we would have to take our own bedding and toilet paper. The air was not fixed until 24 hours later. The refrigerator did not work and was not fixed until the last night of our 3 night stay. It was the worst rental I have ever booked. Definitely Not What We Paid For

Unfortunately the pics arenā€™t what this place is. First the pics are of the tall building you think youā€™ll be staying in.. Wrong you will be in the little 3 story dump in front of that building. Yes the carpet is down with duck tape, front bathroom shower curtain is also up with duck tape, counter corner yes completely missing, leaks all through out the place, nasty carpet, broken sofa bed & good luck with ever locking the door. Last but not least donā€™t bring more than one car if so the second car will have to park miles down the road. Yes I did talk to turnkey about these problems and yes I did get back some money from all this after talking to them for the first 4 days of our stay and sending them actual pictures of the mess we paid good money to stay at was it what it should have been no but at this point anything was better than nothing. The reviews were clearly there before of things wrong these should have been fixed before letting another family waste their time & money over this place they ā€œthoughtā€ was a good stay. Weā€™ve been traveling for many years & stayed at plenty of properties this is the first Iā€™ve had to say Iā€™ve ever had to leave a bad review on. Very disappointed

Disappointed. Carpet snd furniture very stained. Corner of countertop broke off, jagged edges. Tape covering threshold from kitchen to livingroom. Food in fridge from previous vacationers. You have to display a tag in your vehicle with your personal number listed along with your room number. Someone got my number and called me twice harassing me about parking. Location is not ocean front. Must walk to larger condo for the pool. This room is located in the 3 level section. Roadside. Lots of traffic noise. Poor customer service but great condo!

Upon arrival to the condo, the key code given to enter the condo, did not work. We called the number given for if you had difficulty getting in, my whole family including my 6 1/2 month pregnant daughter stood out in the heat for an hour, after being on hold with several other numbers we found to call, before I finally received a text message response from a text number I had found. They text me saying ā€˜try this oneā€™ giving me a totally different number to get in which did work. This was all very frustrating and did not get our trip off to a great start. The condo was great and we enjoyed our stay, unfortunately dealing with TurnKey was not so great. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Turn Key Vacation @ Seaside Beach & Racquet Club

We were very disappointed in our stay with TurnKey Rentals. We arrived on Monday June 4th and tried to get into the condo at 3:00. The push button lock on the door wouldn`t work. We called numerous times to have lock recoded with no success. It did work once only to lock us out again when we went to get luggage out of cars. Finally at around 6:30 they sent someone to condo to change the battery and recode lock. 4 HOURS of our day was wasted due to this!! I have called turn key since June 4th and nobody will return my calls! I feel that I deserve some type of compensation. Turn Key obviously is not concerned with their customers. Also, the picture of the condo showed a the high rise part of Seaside condos, we were in the `villa` type condo. Orange Beach Condo

This place was amazing! The location was right on the beach all we had to do was walk right out our door, and we were on the beach! Our location was also right in Orange Beach, so we were around so many restaurants and shops! Just right down the road from the pier also for fishing! Never going through TurnKey anymore learnt lesson

Terrible vacation Room was okay need to take old mattresses out of the room full of spots pillows full of spots what people have slept on them and they have not been washed my room was supposed to be 708 it end up costing me 765 I show them proof of my credit card statement from online they were going to tow my vehicle because I didn`t have time to read information that was given on time of arrival traveling didn`t know I was supposed to pay an extra $25 to park not only that they took $70 out of my credit card again for Airbnb I guess that was several complaints made on my room about loud noises when I was at the beach I was getting texts of loud noises in my hotel room they should have investigated instead of continuously texting me about noise in my room which was only racist people calling playing games and they was too lazy to investigate so I asked them to send the police to my room for a report that way we could have found out who was making prank calls but they didn`t want to try to do anything with that they just chose to get on my nerves the whole time texting me about noise when I was not in my apartment I`ve been beat money-wise take advantage of and disrespected on this vacation no problem will not return through turnkey and while making a review please give me back my money off my card thank you This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
