Seaside Beach and Racquet #4310 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 960 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 twins and the hall bath features a tub/shower combo as well. Sleeps 6

Seaside Beach and Racquet is a 9 story building located in Orange Beach approximately 4.9 miles east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Seaside Beach and Racquet is a NON-Smoking property including common areas. They have 2 designated areas on-site - one close to shuffle board area and the other close to indoor pool area. The property has 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, 4 tennis courts, fitness room, sauna, steam room and a barbecue grilling area. 2 car limit. Winter guests pay monthly for parking. Parking passes are purchased by guest at the on-site security at Seaside Beach and Racquet. 2 car limit.

**This complex does not allow early check ins. Strict 3 pm arrival policy

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Great condo

We’ve stayed at SB&R many times and this is one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, appliances, etc. it was clean and was in a good location.

Great SPOT for Orange Beach

Good Unit; Note that Parking Costs Extra

I was a little turned off by the fact that the listing did not mention that parking was an additional charge that is not collected by VRBO. I booked and paid VRBO, and then after making my non-refundable booking was advised in an email that I had to purchase a $50 parking pass from the guard at the property. $50 was excessive for a three day stay, but at that point, I had no alternative given my booking was non-refundable. Please revise your listing so that your renters have a clear understanding that this is an additional expense. Otherwise, the unit was decent. Older building, but the unit was clean. The bedroom TVs are the size of small computer monitors (which is fine, we didn't even use them). The TV in the living room was decent size, but utilizing the smart TV features were difficult as the system was very slow to respond.

Clean Unit and well kept.

No problems. It would have been nice if parking pass had been included and we did not have to find and take the trash out upon leaving for what we paid. We appreciated the dishwashing and washer soap greatly. Please consider leaving a starter supply of morning coffee!. The condo was super comfortable- we felt at home!

Orange Beach Family Vacation

We loved this property. It was the perfect short walk away from the beach which made it so easy to go back and forth. The balcony had a beautiful view overlooking the pool and beach. Great part of town. I would definitely recommend staying here and did run in to some other people who plan to stay there soon because they had heard good things.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The complex has two very nice large outdoor pools. We really enjoyed the shuffle boards. Would definitely rent again. The unit does need some items repaired: door handle to the sliding door was broken, the refrigerator is pretty old and needs to be replaced, and the kitchen faucet leaked. The kitchen needs some updates. Also, I read reviews that the washer was small. It is the smallest washer I have ever seen. If you put two small beach towels it fills it up. Dryer takes forever to dry and is irritatingly loud.
