The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted.
4TH TV FOR DVD USE ONLY. The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 15.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

July fourth

We had a wonderful trip to Ocean City! We forgot how much we loved it there. The unit we stayed in was clean but could use a little updating. Beds were comfortable and we had a great view of the fireworks! Loved that we could walk right onto the beach.

We love Sea watch and all of its amenities, its views from every room of the beach, the convenience of its location to stores etc and its proximity to the beach! This room itself could use a little updating but the convenience was worth it!

July 4th in OC

This rental property provided us with a great view of the ocean and an easy trek to the beach! We were able to see fireworks from the balcony! The entire place is clean and the amenities are well maintained. The unit itself is a bit outdated but overall, it was a very good option!

Perfect for our family

This condo was just what we needed. The two single beds in the second bedroom were appreciated by my teenagers who did not want to share a bed. The view is phenomenal. It is so easy to go back-and-forth between the beach and the pool, we loved the Pickleball courts and the playground. The kitchen is a little dated, but it had everything we needed and then some. We will gladly stay here again next year.

Charming condo in OC

Overall this was a great place. Loved the location. Not too far from Delaware and Assateague Island National Seahore. The property offered many activities for all to enjoy. The balcony offered amazing views of the ocean side and bay side.I will say that the master shower needs some attention. Also add a few more pillows to each bed.

August stay at sea watch

The unit itself is a little dated but overall layout and set up is extremely accommodating for a family vacation. We enjoyed our stay. The Sea watch property was more impressive than the listing vibe gave. We were very happy with our choice to stay at this location and utilize vacasa for the first time. They provide more than neighboring condos that we have stayed in before which makes it easier when planning to travel and pack for a family with small children. Thank you again! Hope to stay again in one of our next family vacations!

We love the Sea Watch Building. The property manager was very accommodating. Love that linens are included and beds are already made when you get there. The only problem was that the toilet in the master bath would not flush properly. You had to take the lid off to flush it. We reported it but no one ever came to fix it. After 2 days my husband fixed it himself.

We love the room because it’s close to the elevator, great neighbors, great view, “homey” feeling, & we pick to stay in this room every year, just needs cleaned better. Very disappointed in the cleanliness.

Clean but dated

It was clean but had an odd smell (maple syrup??) The tp holder in the one bathroom was broken off the wall. Mattress was lumpy. Just needed some touch ups/small updates.

The balcony was the best part

I was not impressed at all by the unit. The bed was uncomfortable and The bedspread at least 20 years old. Everything felt old and not maintained I felt uncomfortable that I would sit on a towel instead of the sofa.Vacasa did a great job, I have no quarrel with them but the owners of this unit have to do a refresh

Room was very poorly cleaned, last night we lost power and I called two separate times and never received a call back. Also had 2 sets of bath towels for 6 guests. Elevators were insanely busy due to 4pm check in time for the entire complex. Will not be back.

Great North OC condominium

We loved the view from the balcony - north, east, and west. Amazing sunrises from the balcony. Shaded after mid-morning, so easy to sit out and enjoy lunch and the view. Unit was clean and spacious. We were also pleasantly surprised about how quiet it was in the unit. No outside noise and also no noise from any of the connected units. Loved the small free movie theater. Great location near many restaurants and shops and away from the busy boardwalk area.

Great stay

Location and view can’t be beat…listing was just as described! Only downside is the money you have to pay to park…seems excessive but the amenities at the Sea Watch make you forget about it.

Nice place

Nice place. Great amenities. Only complaint is the ridiculous $50 parking fee in which “cash” is only accepted. Prices skyrocket and add on $50 to park. Otherwise solid.
