This place has truly has one of the best views of the ocean in all of Ocean City! Sit and watch the sunrise and the ocean from the balcony of this totally-renovated ocean front 2BR/2BA condo in the Diamond Head community! This modern condo is just steps from the 80th Street Beach and has wide views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. The community has a private pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day) and two parking spots.

Diamond Head is in a great neighborhood in a less crowded part of Ocean City. Our building is only five floors so you won't have to deal with crowds. We are also close to great restaurants and shops like Ropewalk, Bayside Skillet, The Hobbit, Fins, South Moon Under, Fractured Prune, and Victoria's Seafood. The Ocean City boardwalk is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away. You are a short drive away from Assateague National Seashore, amusement parks, kayaking in the bay, and charter fishing. This fabulous condo is in a well-maintained, safe building in a quieter part of ocean city but still close to everything. This is a family-friendly building right on the ocean where you won't find big crowds or high-school partiers.

The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized for each guest. Our place will sparkle from the moment you walk in the door.

You will have one of the best views of the ocean from the private balcony. This unit was recently renovated with a modern, beach theme. The kitchen is completely modern with great appliances and great amenities (ice maker, coffee maker AND Keurig, blender, toaster, toaster oven, stock pot to cook crabs, etc.). All of the balcony furniture is new.

The living room offers plenty of seating space for your group to relax while enjoying view of the ocean in a light-filled living area. There are TVs in the Living Room and Master Bedroom with free HBO and access to your streaming accounts.

This condo sleeps 7 guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed with a new mattress and a flat-screen smart TV. The master bedroom has a private bathroom.

The second bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed with new mattresses that is perfect for families with kids. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are totally renovated with new shower heads, mattresses, decor, fixtures, etc.

The unit includes lighting fast 5G Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Beach chairs and beach toys are provided complimentary.

Assigned parking is available for two cars in the community lot. You will never have to search for a parking spot.

The condo is located on the third floor and is accessed by elevator or stairs. The building and unit is fully handicap accessible. Ramps are in place as an alternative to stairs for easy wheelchair access.

Exceeded Expectations

After reviewing and booking the condo at Diamond Head we had high expectations for our end of summer getaway. But we were blown away. The condo was extremely nice, the view of the beach from the private balcony was breathtaking, the location was ideal, and Randy and Amy’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. We especially enjoyed our time spent on the balcony having our morning coffee and in the evenings taking advantage of the lower temperatures while having tea. And Randy and Amy thought of everything to make their guest’s stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. We look forward to returning.

4 Night Stay

Great accommodations for a family of Four. My girls loved the bunkbeds. The view from the huge balcony was priceless. Loved being on the beach, leave the complimentary beach chairs on the beach and come up to the room for lunch. The pool was a plus, most beach front condos don’t come with one. We’ll be back!

Wonderful condo!

We had a great time here! Condo was perfect, on the beach, with a pool that was never super crowded. Great location on the coastal highway too. Owners were so pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Family Vacation

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during the beach portion of our vacation! Trips to the beach were easy and frequent, walking out in our bare feet and using provided chairs, umbrella, and toys. The kitchen was well-equipped for our general preference to eat in, except for some take-out from friendly Victoria's steps away. Sleeping arrangements are great. And we all enjoyed down time on our devices on the soft sofas and on the balcony enjoying the view. Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay

Everything about this place was amazing, from the booking to the departure there were no issues. The hosts were very quick with responding to all of my questions. The place was very clean, full of everything we could need. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient for our family. The view is unmatched, we felt like we were in paradise, waking up and sitting on the balcony was our favorite part of the day. The hosts provided everything we needed for the beach, and it couldn’t have been any easier to get to the beach. This place is worth every penny, we made family memories that will last a lifetime.

We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Head. Great location, excellent views and just a short walk to beach. Condo has everything we needed and more. Very clean and great balcony. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had come up. We loved it and look forward to returning!!

Beautiful place

This condo was beautiful and very clean. Steps from the ocean. The pool was lovely too. We would definitely stay here again. The bus was extremely convenient as it dropped off directly in front of the complex. It is about a 30 minute bus ride to the boardwalk. So many mini golf places along the way.

Loved it!

Diamond Head is in a wonderful location right on the beach. We have stayed in other units in DH but this one has been our favorite. The beachy decor makes it very cozy and inviting. The view from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed, toaster oven, Kuerig, etc. There’s a trash compactor which came in very handy as we make a good amount of trash on vacay. Now we want one for our home! Lots of updates have been done recently. This unit was very comfortable and the perfect size for our family (me and my husband, 2 daughters and my parents). The host, Randall was very helpful and answered my questions right away. He and his wife really care about their guests. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay, my family was impressed with all extra, like beach chairs, wagon etc. we will definitely stay here again. If I had any complaint it would be the water pressure in the shower’s, but it was no big deal, it did not take away the loveliness of the Condo. We would and have recommended this Condo to friends and family.

Simply The Best!

This was our 2nd trip to OCMD, & 2nd experience with VRBO. I was hesitant to go this route again, but this rental exceeded my expectations in so many ways! 1. The view from the living room & kitchen (balcony) is pure MAGIC! Morning coffee with the sunrise, evening sunsets, and the soothing sounds of the Ocean. Can’t beat it! The outdoor furniture was new, clean and modern! 2. The accommodation were top notch! All of us slept like champs! All mattresses and pillows in great shape, obviously recent additions. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you don’t think of when packing for vacation! We simply made a run to the ACME grocery store upon arrival and grabbed snacks and essentials! Randall & Amy provided just enough paper products to get us through a few days as well. We were thankful to replenish for the next renters. Everything was in great shape and clean! Obviously, there was a significant amount of sand that greeted us and remained with us during our stay 😉 there is no way around it! And there were reliable cleaning tools for us to use and keep the sand in check! 3. Location!!! Seriously, the BEST! walking distance to great food - Hooked, The Rope Walk and Shmagels Bagels, to name a few & some great late season shopping! We caught several sales at Fin & Co. Overall, we can’t speak highly enough of our experience at #310 Diamond Head. Randall was responsive and gave great recommendations on a whim! We will be back next year!

Perfect family beach vacation!!! Highly recommend

This condo is the perfect to place to relax with family. Our 9 year old and teen loved it. The beach is so close it’s easy to come up for lunch or a sun break. The pool was perfect for the kids. The hosts were great and the condo has everything you need from beach chairs to tin foil. We can’t wait to go back!!! Also walking distance to many restaurants was also a big plus.

Together time at the beach!

This was a perfect location for us! Sweet decor and lovely setting! We had plenty of space for all of us and spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the ocean. We split our time between the pool and the beach. We really appreciated the North beach access with the accessibility mat out to the sand. So happy to discover Hooked right across the road for an amazing dinner and re-visit Bayside Skillet. Beautiful place, beautiful weather and fun time!

OC Trip 2022

This was our 2nd summer renting this condo in Ocean City. Yet again it did not disappoint. The furnishings are super cute and beachy, the kitchen has everything you need, and very clean. Beach gear is provided too! We loved spending mornings and evenings on the extra large balcony looking out at the ocean, many dolphin sightings. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Amazing & Perfect!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The hosts were such a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and more! We have used VRBO in the past and these hosts by far were the best we have ever worked with! Every detail we needed was clearly communicated and you can tell they take pride in their property. The condo is beautiful and clean and the view is amazing! The location was perfect for our family of 5 (our kids are three boys ages 8,9 & 11.) There is plenty within walking distance (restaurants from casual to high-end, shops, etc.) and the boardwalk is a quick drive or bus ride away. If there were more than 5 stars to give as a rating, we would! We miss it already and can't wait to go back!

You can watch the sunrise over the ocean right from the living room and balcony. We don't have the usual crowds you see in the rest of Ocean City. Our condo is totally renovated with a gourmet kitchen, new mattresses, cold AC, 5G Wifi, and new balcony furniture. We are close to some great shops and restaurants.
