The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted.
DEN INCLUDES CONSTRUCTED WALL WITH POCKET DOORS FOR PRIVACY.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 14.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great place to stay

The view is amazing by far my favorite part. We made most meals and the kitchen was well stocked. The Pictures make it look bigger than it is but we fit 7 comfortably with one on couch.

We loved this condo. It had everything you need plus great views of the ocean and bay. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable. The deck was our favorite place to hand out.

Amazing view right on the beach

This condo is on the shady side of the building so you can sit comfortably on the balcony at all times. You can see both the bay and ocean simultaneously. Amenities were great. Place was clean.

Family Vacation

The location and amenities for kids and families are great. The room itself needs updating. We had a few issues (air conditioning malfunction, doors broken, etc.) but maintenance was friendly and responsive. Overall a fun trip!

I really liked the view and they had stuff you can use for the beach. However we brought our own. The downfall is the pictures with the mirrors make it look like the place is big, with 8 people it’s a tight fit. The beds were comfortable and they had lots of kitchen appliances.

Parking

The room was fine. The parking is outrageous. I've stayed there before on car week I trailer my car down. So I have to pay for 2 parking spots plus pay somewhere to park my trailer. There are condos that do not charge this fee. At this time of year. I had other guest that drove down also had to pay. I won't be staying there again due to this extra cost. I wasn't aware of this fee till after I booked . I spoke with other guest who feel the same way..

Beautiful condo

On our 9th stay at Sea Watch, this has been one of the best condos. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues with housekeeping. The unit itself was very nice though and beautifully decorated.

The unit was clean & quiet. It had a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen & comfortable master bedroom with a remodeled bath.

Long Time Renter

My family and I enjoy renting Condo 1403. The condo is great! Wasn't satisfied with the new management- Vacasa. Was pleased with Century 21 and Coldwell. Dissatisfied with The Added Cleaning Price and how the current renter doesn't receive first preference to rent the same week/condo for the next year. For what you receive in cleaning the added price is too high. You don't get the service for the price. Especially when the renter has to remove linens and place linens and towels inside blue bag. Was told there would be 2 toilet rolls in each bathroom - only 1 was in each. Received 2 complimentary size shampoo and soap instead of 8 for 8 occupants. All condos should be finish with cleaning no later than 2:30pm instead of seeing condos being cleaned at 3:30pm When Check In is 4pm Laundry detergent wasn't in original container. label Read laundry detergent in a zip lock bag. You don't know what brand or scent the pods were. Wasn't able to use due to my child has allergies to certain scents.

Girls Weekend

The condo was clean, had everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. Two of the twin beds were not very cozy and very noisy when you moved but the other two were fine. Would stay here again.
