The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
Smoking is not permitted.
DEN INCLUDES BARN STYLE SLIDING DOORS FOR PRIVACY. DEN TV IS FOR GAMING OR DVD USE ONLY.
Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The condo was as advertised in the picture. Dealing with vacasa rep was challenging. The condo was very cold. There were no coat hangers, we did not have a key to the laundry room and they were installing a new washer/dryer while we were there.

Pro: Clean, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, partial ocean view, updated bathrooms, nice decor, keypad entrance, 20 min parking available to load and unload car, nice size parking garage, movie theater (30 seats) able to reserve huge selection of movies for your family at any time, arcade, 3 pools, very friendly staff Con: None! The only thing I didn't like was the big blue garbage receptacles were directly below our outside deck so not a pleasant view.

Great stay

Our stay was great. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Information provided leading up to the trip was great. All questions were answered completely and promptly via email. As others have said, the blinds need to be fixed - I thought that would have been taken care of already so I didn't pay much attention to that in the reviews, however it made sleeping difficult as the sun came in early and brightened the entire master bedroom. The kids' rooms were great. The space is plenty big enough for a family to take breaks from each other, but definitely cozy and well planned. Everything you need for a family stay is provided in the kitchen. Amenities were great. There were movies and a small arcade. The indoor pool is small but was not crowded and allowed the teens to have a good time. A sheet with instructions and a map of the building would have been appreciated. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Would pass on the location

So many issues….. lock didn’t work, towel racks was sitting on counter with holes in wall. Blinds were broken and anyone on the patio could see in, place was not clean- toothpaste on toilet, broken plastic silver throughout the place, trash left under furniture, laundry room had no light, no way to sweep or vacuum up dirt or sand on floor. If you want to stay in Sea Watch find another unit. This one is not worth it!

Beautiful condo

Loved this condo. Nice furniture, beautiful kitchen, updated bathrooms, nice floors throughout except the master bedroom. It has old stained carpet. Once this carpet is replaced, as well as the vertical blinds (which has missing blinds), it will be perfect. Kitchen has most of what you need. We arrived to linens and towels provided which was a pleasant surprise since we didn't purchase the amenities. Check in was simple and EARLY! Can't ask for more than that. Loved the 2nd floor since the elevator has many folks using it we could use the stairs right outside the door.Nice table and chairs on the balcony with a distant view of the beach. Since the vertical blinds were missing slats, the room reflects light over the ceiling and bright in the morning so we taped a contractors bag (cut open) on the window which worked well to keep the room dark for sleep. The other rooms has shutter blinds that worked well. I would rent here again..

Nothings changed…

We stayed in 219 last year and things were broken then, holes in the wall, etc and a whole year later nothings been fixed. The decorative pillows in our room had what might have been blood or chocolate in them and it’s clear nothings moved before vacuuming. Sheets and mattress protectors could use an upgrade (I’d bring my own sheets and covers next time) as well as the carpet in the living room. Even the remotes are missing batteries. The view from 219 is nice except for when it’s trash day…the dumpsters are right below, but not much you can do about that. We love sea watch for their location, the pools, theater, and that’s the only reason we stay there, but the games in the arcade need to be fixed! They were also broken last year. The games will eat your money. I’ll have to search for a different condo at sea watch…won’t be returning to 219.

Great place

Vacasa was super helpful during this entire stay. The place was super clean. Kitchen is bare bones, but enough to get by. No hair dryer. Great view from the balcony and the Sea Watch is amazing with all the amenities for kids.
