The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 12.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The pictures are exactly what you get with this unit. The decor is nice, lots of storage and hooks that make things organized. Could use a few minor updates (carpet to flooring, newer shower in main bath, main bed is super creaky, etc) but everything works as expected and a good overall value. The kitchen has everything you need. Regular coffee maker, keurig, microwave, a nice new toaster/air fryer combo, and lots of utensils and dishes. Not to mention, the view from this condo is amazing. It was a nice surprise to have the two beds already made with fresh linen. There was also extra linen in the bedroom closet for the pullout couch that we did not use. They provided a whole bag of towels which I did not expect. There is the washer and dryer in the outside area. There are also some used beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, sports equipment, beach toys etc. The Sea View pools are really nice and my kids enjoyed them. The billiards room, fitness center and sauna you must sign your life away to get a key. The arcade was a bit run down and the movie theatre was busy when we walked in. There is a small food place on site which is convenient. Vacasa was really good about overall communication. If there were any issues you could text them and they were responsive. They also have an office on site.It was 65 for the parking but there were plenty of spots. Overall we enjoyed our stay at both sea Watch and this unit and would stay again.

Ocean City Vacation

I stayed for five days at the condo and it exceeded my expectations. The condo was in excellent condition. The communications prior to my arrival wa exceptional. All questions, answers, and requested information was providing in a timely manner. Check in was simple and straight forward. I was very pleased with the accomodations and the resort ammenities.

Would stay again

We had a great time here! We had everything we needed for a family beach vacation. Check in and out went smoothly and the head of security is one of the nicest people you will meet! It was nice to have access to regular pools and one kiddie pool as they did fill up! Our son loved the playground and we even used the sandy volleyball area next to the playground to play in the sand when the beach was too crowded. The building was very clean. The beds in the unit were very comfortable and it was nice to have multiple tvs in the unit. The unit was clean and provided beach chairs and toys, and a starter bag with cleaning supplies for your stay. We had a great trip!

Probably one of the best units we stayed In since we started coming to OC in mid 80’s. Loved the decor, the kitchen space, the layout of the bedrooms and all the hooks on the walls which came in handy. My girls loved the king size bed and my son had plenty of room in the front room . We appreciated all the towels, TP, sheets that were provided. Didn’t expect that as I brought my own. Both bathrooms were nice, not outdated like most units we’ve been in. Will def try to request this room again.

Great condo for a family with kids

Easy access to the beach and the ocean view is beautiful. The condo has a playground, outdoor pool, and indoor pool. We also enjoyed playing some games in the arcade room. Parking was pretty easy and accessible carts for luggage was not a pain. The area was really clean. We would book this unit again.

Mediocre experience

The property, although generally well-maintained, is 44 years old and that fact can be seen. The condo we stayed in was in need of updating: older toilets, one older sofa bed that was stained and uncomfortable, dated and over-done decor, one queen mattress set that should have been replaced long ago, cracked paint/plaster. The property's pool area was worn too. Cleanliness could have been better: all of the faux floral/trees were dusty, no one has vacuumed behind the sofa bed in a while. The kitchen was well-equipped. A very mediocre experience for the price.
