With a convenient mid-town location, find all the Ocean City favorites within walking distance: Seacrets, Fager's Island, Dumser's, Nick's Mini Golf, and Alley Oops, right across the street, along with the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and outlet shopping just a few minutes away. There is also a grocery outlet nearby, perfect for grabbing ingredients to prepare in the full kitchen during your stay, and delicious restaurants when you feel like dining out. When amazing days are through, settle in front of one of the smart TVs and unwind. The welcoming living room sets the scenes for movie nights. Added perks include complimentary WiFi, central air-conditioning, two parking spaces, luggage carts and helpful kitchen appliances including a Keurig coffee machine and an ice maker.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
