This beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home is ready to make your vacation amazing. This unit provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The master bedroom features a king bed along with a full bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and the Jack and Jill bathroom is shared with bedroom 3 which has a full-size bed and 2 twins. The full-size kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig along with a drip coffee maker, and is ready for all of your culinary creations. You will love the short walk to and from the beach! In the evening, sit on the large deck with the family and relax to the cool ocean breezes.

The property is a short walk to destinations such as Dead Freddies Island Grill, The Longboard CafƩ, Bad Monkey OC and miniature golf courses just to name a few. This great midtown location (at Rt. 90 Bridge) is also a short drive to attractions at the inlet, north OC, Ocean Pines and gives easy access to events in Salisbury!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two covered parking spots are provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 62nd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

An incredible stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The booking and checkin process was a breeze, with the entry being fully code based, so no worry about driving around picking up and dropping off keys. The place itself was spacious, wonderfully decorated, and offered both great views of the ocean AND bay and a great location with being in walking distance of several restaurants, bars, shops, and other activities not to mention the beach. Would highly recommend!

Great spot & location!

We had a great time staying here for a longer weekend! The place is super spacious and clean. The location is also great - close to so many good spots, easy beach access and close to a bus stop if you want to head down to the boardwalk. Definitely would stay here again!

Loved this unit

This was the cleanest place we have ever rented. It was very large and very nice. The neighbors below were nice too. The only downer was there is no elevator. So, you get your exercise. I suggest smaller bags versus one big one. It's close to the beach too. Weā€™ll stay here again.

Perfect location!

We loved the location of this place! It was an easy walk to the beach and the house was so clean and nice. It is on the second floor so a lot of steps to get up there when moving things in. Our family loved it and we will be returning!

Great space and layout and close to beach!

The property was very large and spacious and was very close to most things youā€™d need. You can walk to many stores and restaurants. The property manager was also very responsive. Only complaint is that we wish the bathrooms were a bit tidier. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful Home

Stayed for a long weekend with girlfriends to celebrate my 50th and this place was EVERYTHING! spacious, clean and so close to beach, coffee and nightlife. HIGHLY recommend. Bigger than it looks in the pictures!

Wonderful place to stay. We had such a good time celebrating our daughter's special birthday with some friends and family. Also made short vacation so being close to the beach was perfect. Would highly recommend property. Just needs a little bit of updating with some of furniture and also if could have some cleaning supplies such as windex or bathroom cleaner.
