Our modern, high-end studio within a new build, and is awaiting your arrival. There is a shared entrance area with our other guests where you will find space under the stairs for storing your sporting equipment.
Upstairs, you will find the door to your unit. As you walk into the unit, you will find a wonderfully modern kitchenette, sleeping area, large fireplace, and lovely bathroom. The ceilings are high, and the windows large allowing for the unit to be flooded in natural light. Out on the private deck area you can enjoy the spectacular views of the nearby mountain ranges with a BBQ.
Everything is high quality including the linens and towels. We know you will be exceptionally comfortable here.
Please note, we have young children, and we try to keep the noise down. Occasionally, you may hear moments of utter excitement or chaos!
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

Our new studio, in the Montane subdivision of Fernie features a king bed, large kitchenette, toaster oven, private patio with BBQ and awesome views, Smart TV and a fireplace. There's storage for bikes and skies under the stairs in the entryway: feel free to use this space. Off road and street parking available. Please note, this is a family home with multiple Airbnb units.
