This unit has been completely renovated. This unit is an Eastern corner unit on the 4th floor with amazingly beautiful sunrise views! It's balcony looks directly over the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bath with a completely new Roman walk in shower along with new double vanities with granite tops and new plumbing fixtures. The guest bedroom offers both a twin bed & a full-size bed with a guest bathroom. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements.

The dining table seats 6 and 2 at the bar for family meals. Modern appliances in the kitchen with open floor plan to the living area for family gathering. Flat screen TVs in living room and each bedroom for optimal entertainment.

Located 1/4 mile from the popular Gulf Shores Public Beach/Hangout area in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama and is convenient to all that the area has to offer for your vacation needs. This property is special! Located in a low density condominium complex with only 48 units in the building. No waiting for the elevator! It also features a dedicated covered parking space.

Very good condo, kitchen well equipped. Great location and beautiful view, great weather. My nephew found 2 pairs of shoes under the bed. Appears they had not been swept under for some time, large bust bunnies und both beds. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Very old furniture and so stinky zero cleaning so dirty bedding and kitchen table and kitchen stuff so dirty couch the sofa bed is horrible nasty and all the ratings are 100% fake lights out blood on bedding sheets and pillows I took pictures for all over the place the only thing is the views of the beech thatā€™s is the real picture other than that all filters pictures

Grate place. Clean and a beautiful ocean front view.

Very clean and roomy. Nice furniture and a great water front view from the balcony. Kitchen was set up nicely along with the living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and set up nicely as well. I will be stay there again.

Very nice property on the beach. Central to a lot of the restaurants. Make sure you bring your own beach towels as none are provided. All units have a gulf side balcony. Would recommend this unit.

Floors turned my families feet black with an hour. We had to rewash each dish before we could use them as there was food residue on the majority of them. I did reach out and asked if they could Re mop the floors in which a rude woman showed up with no notice. Itā€™ll get the job done if your looking for a beach front place although there are cleaner options
