The Gulf Tower 6A is a 2 bedroom 2 bath that boasts two King beds and new flooring. Both primary and 2nd bedroom have king beds and sofa sleeper in living area. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and new flooring has been put in the living area and bedrooms. NO carpet. Both bathrooms have been updated. The primary bedroom has a stand alone shower and the 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Relax on the glass enclosed balcony that can be opened to allow sounds of the beautiful waves on the gulf.

*This unit is listed for sale.

The Gulf Tower is a prime Gulf Shores location approximately 1.5 miles from The Hangout and public beaches. Amenities include outdoor pool, BBQ grills, and free WiFi. Age limit to rent: 25. No smoking. No Monthly's. Parking is limited to ONE car.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

We had a great stay at this condo. Right next to the beach and has the perfect beach view. Condo was clean and well maintained. Everything was great. One less star for not having body wash and shampoo stocked and no info provided prior on this. I just feel like proving those is very basic. Also- the way communications were sent made things a little confusing. Several communications were sent before and during the stay with each having slight variation or partial information on check-in, check-out, and the stay instructions. This created a little bit of confusion at our end. But honestly, i'd be back to this place again as the place it self is amazing!

Review

We enjoyed our stay. We loved that it was right on the beach. The check in process was very easy. The condo was very spacious and we had more than enough room for everyone. The rooms were also nice. The location of the condo is in a good spot not too far away from anything. The only thing I didn’t like was that we only got one parking pass so the rest of my party had to park across the street. Also a few of the dishes in kitchen weren’t clean. The trash can in the kitchen was also broken. It was easy to get in touch with the property manager so that was good. Overs our stay was good.

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Communication about check in was informative and easy. The condo was perfect. Very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and had any needed dishes and utensils. The beds were comfortable and we loved the indoor balcony. W had breath taking views and the beach was not crowded. We had a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our state so much wasn't sure when we booked about the balcony situation-it's actually just an extension of the living room but there are large sliding double doors that open to the railed balcony this was a first but it was great enjoy the balcony and the cool of the condo! Things were clean and ready to go as expected!! Did not disappoint

Wouldn’t recommend

The condo was very out dated. The beds were very uncomfortable, no useable items to cook with, we actually bought our own pizza pan brand new and left it there for other people to use. You could actually hear other people flushing the toilet above you. We will not be staying here again. Photos were very deceptive and the cabinets in the kitchen were very nasty.

Would not rent this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was okay, bathrooms could use a little upgrading. Our biggest issue was that it was not clean. There was dark hair EVERYWHERE, especially on the bathroom floors. The rug in the master bathroom needed to be washed, or better yet, replaced. My husband had on a brand new pair of white socks; by the end of the first day they were filthy. There was a large stain on one of the couches. I did leave a message with property management, they responded quickly and offered to have housekeeping staff come up immediately. The gulf view from the condo was very nice, and it was easy to get from the building down to the beach. The pool was very nice. The outside of the overall property appeared to be well maintained.

Weekend getaway

Although there was a tornado watch, we had a very relaxing weekend. Loved the beach views, comfy k-sz beds. Kitchen well stocked except for any seasonings. Thermostat went out but was fixed quickly. Nice large tv screen in living room. No distubances from floor above. We would return!

Nice unit but bedrooms not configured as advertised

I rented this unit expecting two bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with two twins, as advertised. There was a king size and a queen size bed, meaning my adult daughter and teenage daughter had to share a bed.Instructions for connecting to 6A wi-fi for incorrect but the rental company responded quickly allowing us to connect to building wi-fi. Advertised as having passes for local attractions.i never saw this unless it was the promotional packet passed out at Rouses Market

Fall Break in Gulf Shores Beach

We had a wonderful stay Gulf Towers in 6A. Everything was very clean and it was very nicely decorated with the beach theme. We had everything we needed. Close to the restaurants & shops. A nice pool & you just walked out on the beach. Thanks the Walkers

End of Summer Getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is more about rules and HOA than accommodating tenants to enjoy their trip. I got a warning for having my parking pass in the driver side window rather than in the windshield. Tried to avoid bringing sand into the condo by leaving our chairs and umbrella which was folded up neatly out of the way in front of our door (Which I rented). It got picked up and put inside gate with dumpsters to be thrown away. Had to constantly keep up with a key fob to get in and out of two different gates to access the beach. he balcony was enclosed so my wife had to go all the way down the elevator to the parking area just to smoke. I drove around and got other condo's information for better accommodations and found several. The condo was nice but just too much to worry about rather than just enjoying the trip. If the Dumpsters would have been emptied before we found the rentals I would have had o pay lots of money for it. And a couple had 2 of our chairs and 1 umbrella that we had to track down on the beach because a representative told them there were some by the dumpsters if they wanted to use them. Wasn't too happy with that either due to having to track everything down when they came to pick it all up.

On the beach - Clean and comfortable

Beautiful ocean view

The condo was great! It is very clean and recently updated. Definitely a bit older and bedrooms are small. But the way the balcony was incorporated into the actual condo was awesome! The chairs by the railing are comfy and rock and swivel. Regardless of weather, unless it was pouring, we had the doors open looking at the ocean and hearing the waves. I spent more time with this view because it was not weather dependent like typical balconies. We had some rough weather and some beautiful clear days! We had a great spring break here with two teenage boys. Tried deep sea fishing, lots of seafood and of course swimming, frisbee and walks on the beach.

The “Balcony” is the best

A big reason I chose this place was the sitting area by the sliding doors directly looking out at the beach. The sixth floor was the perfect height and the sitting area kept us out of the wind while still able to enjoy the sounds and scenery. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The master bed was terribly noisy just to sit on it, much less move once you were in it. Loved the black out curtains over the bedroom window. Check in and check out was a breeze.
