The accommodation
The property is accessed via its own private gated driveway which opens onto the villa, swimming pool, fully enclosed garden and terraces.

On the first floor is the living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a WC.
Internal stairs lead to the lower first floor which houses a recently modernised 55m2 apartment. It comprises a living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a double bedroom and bathroom. This apartment is also accessed through an independent entrance.PGJyPg
The apartment has an independent external entrance as well as an entrance through the gargage. (space for 2 small cars to park), there is a laundry room and storage spaces.

The villa is less than 350 m from the village of La Colle sur Loup where you will find the usual local amenities including a supermarket, bakers, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and cafes. A 5-minute drive takes you to the shopping promenade which, in addition to the shops on the main street, includes amenities such as a cinema, casino, bars, restaurants and SpeedPark (bowling/go-karting/laser tag).

Other remarks
The villa is located in a quiet residential village and so, although we wish you a very good holiday, we ask that you be respectful of the neighbourhood by not playing music or making noise outside after 10pm.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
The villa is non-smoking inside. Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside.
Pets not allowed (we love pets, but unfortunately they are not allowed in our accommodation).
