HOUSE RULES/RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Prior to occupying -
Age Limit for Booking is 25 years of age
Signature of and compliance with the Occupancy Agreement
For stays of 21 days or longer, compliance with these terms -
completion and passing of a background check (approximately $50)
Payment of a fully refundable security deposit plus 3% processing fee, with deposit amount based on the length of stay.
Payment of a monthly fee of $75 applies for each guest staying over 4 in number;
Payment of mid-month cleanings at a rate of up to $250 per cleaning.
Proof of Renter's insurance for the occupancy term naming Owner as additional insured and with $20,000 minimum coverage for belongings and a minimum liability limit of $100,000.
