Gorgeous Gulf Front 1B Condo w/ Daily Beach Chairs!

Paradise is only a few steps away from this newly furnished condo – with floor-to-ceiling windows that boast unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sugar-white sand.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for three and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

We had an amazing time! We were there for my birthday and our anniversary celebration. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing I would have liked was a better mattress on the bed. But over all everything else was wonderful. Thanks Premier and Vrbo.com.

Everything was perfect!

Perfect for our stay! Property was clean, had very nice, new linens and kitchen was Stocked with pots, pans, and knives and everything else you need in the kitchen. Location is great! So convenient to beach and restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location

This condo was in a perfect location, and was a very short walk to the beach. Free beach chairs and umbrella were a nice bonus. Great view from balcony. We would stay again!

Amazing Location beautiful condo

Beautiful fully renovated fully equipped condo. Perfectly located right on the amazing white sand beach and crystal clear blue water close to shops and restaurants. It was wonderful having beach chairs and umbrella available to us every day. We felt so at home can’t wait to come back.

Art Vacation

Attended a week- long art workshop in Pensacola. After the workshop my stay on the beach at your resort was a relaxing, beautiful end to day and a breathtaking start to the next day! Service was excellent.

Last minute getaway went great!

My husband and I enjoyed our getaway here! Perfect condo and beautiful view. Front desk called twice making sure we were good. We checked in late everything was easy and property security was there to help also.

Great unit amazing resort

Met every expectation from check in to all the amenities, we would definitely go back. The unit was perfect for us and even being close to elevator we heard nothing. Indoor pool was great for 1 rainy day, restaurants in area were great, this resort was beyond what we expected! Outdoor pool and beach was amazing. Sand is like white sugar, beach chairs a bonus!

Loved every minute!

This condo was super clean and has the most amazing view! The check/in office is so helpful and friendly. Beautiful beach and pools. Staying in the cabana was a huge plus being so close to the water and never waiting for an elevator. Can’t wait to go back and stay in this unit!!

Nice Place

Enjoyed our stay in the condo unit. Only complaint is the bedroom and bed were very small and uncomfortable, rest of unit was fine. Outdoor pool not the greatest as it’s location was shaded all the time. Beach and beach access was great.

Incredible Vacation!

Our stay completely exceeded my expectations. The property was even nicer than the photos. Incredible views, perfect location with all of the favorite restaurants/ bars within walking distance either by road or beach, awesome gym and pool area and my favorite, the included beach service! Greatly appreciated the ability to check in early as we arrived to Pensacola earlier than expected. Hosts were super communicative via text and email. We will continue to book this awesome property for future trips!

Great location!

This unit is convenient to shopping and dining, and has great beach views/access. The condo was clean and comfortable, other than the light from the outside corridor that lit up the bedroom at night even though there is a shade over the window. We were not able to get access to the condo until 5pm, despite the guaranteed 4pm check-in time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Vicki, we are pleased to see you enjoyed your stay with Premier Island Management Group at Beach Club, overall. The corridors are madated to be well lit at night for security reasons. We will check on the window shade's effectiveness. We apologize for the late check in, as we were of high occupancy that week. Our team did their very best to have the condo ready for check in as fast as possible while still maintaining our cleaning and inspection standards. Come back and see us!

Neighbors

Loves condo and location, only dislike was neighbor felt the need to smoke Marijuana EVERY morning which made it impossible to sit outside and enjoy your coffee while watch the beautiful beach

Full of trash

The manager Kimberly was very nice but limited to getting help to clean up property. Our dishwasher leaked water all over the floor. My husband fixed it. The trash outside looking at the beach was horrible. Our internet didn’t work No tv or cell coverage Sorry yucky place
