Great Experience

Overall a great spot. It was a little dated, but that wasn’t an issue for us. We loved the location and the overall building. It was quiet, surprisingly private, and provided everything we wanted. 10/10 would recommend and likely stay there again!

Gulf shore vacation

Overall, we had a good stay at the condo. The view of the Gulf was absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The main issue we experienced was that the master bedroom didn’t cool down well at night, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The living room furniture felt a bit crammed, but we didn’t spend much time indoors, so it wasn’t a major issue. With a few small improvements, this place would be even better!

Beautiful view

The view was great from the balcony. We loved the small family feel of this condo. Lots of nice families stay there. We stayed last year in a different condo and will definitely be back!

Never stay there again

Not good tv doesn’t work took 3 days before we got someone to look at it he said he told them the problem before they won’t fix it. Patio furniture was just cheap chairs beds headboards kept hitting wall had to move it out would never stay there again

SPRING BREAK

THIS AMAZING LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR OUR STAY DURING SPRING BREAK. THE PROXIMITY OF THE ATTRACTIONS, BUT ALSO THE DISTANCE FROM THEM WAS AWESOME. FEET FROM THE BEACH AND ALSO A POOL, THE CONDITION OF THE UNIT WAS IMMACULATE AND A COMFORTABLE SET UP AESTHETICALLY PLEASING AND CLEAN. THERE WERE SO MANY AMENITIES IN OUR UNIT WE HAD WANT FOR NOTHING. A FANTASTIC TRIP, THANK YOU!

updates are needed!!

A LOT of updates NEED to be made. There are holes & stains on the walls, toilets have to be flushed multiple times to be emptied, outlets either don't work or plugs fall out, showers have barely any water pressure & are loud, tvs in bedrooms are small, beds are uncomfortable. The only plus is the view from the balcony

Great location but lack of care

We have stayed at a lot of vacation homes, and we miss the days when the owners were involved and cared. We had issues and no one ever helped us via calling or emailing back. We were given no code to the pool/beach so the night we got there we were on hold and never got in touch with anyone, luckily another guest felt sorry for us and gave us theirs after seeing us out there for a while. The flimsy chairs outside are cracked and cannot be used. I could tell they were not great from the pictures, so we brought our own. There is mold coming from the bathroom vents. The wifi password given was wrong but I found it on the unit. The TV remote did not work, and the main TV could not be used without it. The location is great, but for what we paid after all the added-on fees, it would be nice if someone could help when asked; none of our issues were so big they could not have been addressed.

OUTDATED & UNCOMFORTABLE

The unit was clean and the location was wonderful. However this unit is very very outdated. The recliner was broken only could be sat in against the wall. The couch was similar to a dr office waiting room. The tvs were the size of a desktop monitor and didn't work well at all. The bathrooms resembled a gas station. The tub handle could barely turn to adjust water temp. There were no stoppers in sink or tubs. As former owners in this building we were disappointed overall.
