The Space:
After a fun-filled day of endless mountain adventures, guests will appreciate the rustic feel of this condo that will accommodate up to 2 guests.

Relax in the comfortable sofa while snuggling up with warm blankets, as you unwind for the night with a cup of hot cocoa. Watch your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV from either the living room or the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay and is available for guests to cook a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner on the kitchen bar with seating for 2, as you reminisce on the exciting adventures during your day out.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a TV with a cable package, ample storage space for your clothes, and a full bathroom around the corner with a beautifully designed walk-in steam shower. A laundry room with a washer and dryer combo is available near the front door entrance next to the kitchen.

There are free lighted tennis and pickleball courts in the complex, as well as city electric bikes available during your stay.

Guest will have access to the entire home and a free designated parking spot in the lot outside of the building.

With Park City Mountain Resort base within half a mile from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to ski shops, cafƩs, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 15-minute free bus ride with 7-11-Park Ave and Fresh Market/DoubleTree Hotel bus stop on multiple routes only a 6-minute walk from the condo. Park City Mountain Resort base, located within 0.5 mile from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please note that this is a garden-level unit.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Very convenient for skiing

Great property that has everything you need and is close to skiing, a grocery store, 3 sports rental stores, Walgreens and Starbucks. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom has a great shower.

Chasing Snow

This hit all the check boxes for me, great shower, clean and confortible bed, good access to the slopes. A 4 day ski trip with this being the home base. Great Snow, Fantastic Weather.

Nice place to stay and ski

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The temp inside was easy adjustable. It was enough space for two.The location is great- just one stop on the bus to the slops, grocery store and restaurants are 5 min away. Everything we needed!

Park City ski bum Hideaway

Loved the ski bum Hideaway. Outstanding shower facility. Had all kitchen assets that I needed to cook several dinners and breakfast. The only negative is when the upstairs tenant flushed the toilet it did make a rather loud noise which at three in the morning did wake me up. Great access to the resort with the bus stop 100 yards away will come again

Home Away From Home

Park City Mountain and shops were within walking distance. Buses are conveniently available if you're too lazy to walk. Check out was listed wrong on VRBO. According to Renee, the property manager, it should've been listed at 10am instead. I loved that we were able to wash and dry our clothes inside the unit. I would gladly stay at the property again.

Great location

Condo was very clean and steamshower was a nice bonus. Right next to bus stop makes it easy to get around. Free bus system is awesome and easy to navigate. Its not luxury but a very good value. Parking is not available so we had to park at a public parking about $ 12 /day and move car or feed meter each day. There is also some free parking nearby but can fill up. Parking is right next to transit center so it was easy to get back to our car. If your ok with the slight inconveniece of the parking situation go for it!

Large cabin, great for large groups

This place was really nice! Everything looks brand new. It had some really cool design and finish work. Lots of space to hang out! We had a group of 18. Plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen is big, has a double oven and was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and everything you would need to cook big meals. Everybody loved the hot tub. It was located on the second story deck with an amazing view! They had instructions on how to care for the hot tub and keep it clean. Also, lots of parking which was nice with a big group. I would definitely book this property again!

Give it a chance...

When we drove and walked up to the unit, I had my reservations. However the unit itself more than made up for the lack of curb appeal. Renee remodeled the unit very nicely and she has outfitted it with every amenity that anyone could want, so overall, the value, the convenient location, and a clean comfortable place to sleep really makes this a great little condo.

Awesome property

The property was easy to find and centrally located in downtown. From the cleanliness, comfortable bed and sauna shower I couldnā€™t have asked for anything else! Thank you for allowing me to stay. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great Value

I enjoyed my stay. The place was was kept, with a great furnace, a wet sauna in the bath which worked very well, and a heated bathroom floor. This is place is perfect for a family with small children. I hope it is available for my trip.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was good except the fold out couch mattress left a little to be desired. Kitchen had everything we needed except pot holders. Loved the steam shower!

Nice place, easy booking, and very nice contact person. Thanks for everything.

Worked great for us, was a little worried when we got there and hadnā€™t realized that we booked a place with no air conditioning, but worked out great. This place is completely shaded and fans were provided and it was nice and cool. Overall very comfortable and cute. Had everything we needed. No complaints here.

Well kept. Pretty quiet. Great location. Some of the temps were hot outside with the condo staying a comfortable temp. Black-out shades for the bedroom would be nice, maybe an electric skillet, otherwise everything was great. I would stay here again.

Cozy condo - great location!

My husband and I stayed here two nights the weekend after Thanksgiving. We were close to shopping in Main Street and we walked to the 7-11 for hot chocolate a couple times. The bed was comfortable and the steam shower was amazing! Definite upgrade from the hotels we're used to staying at!
