‘How Sweet It Is on 30A’ will be your favorite new vacation spot! This single-family home is located within the Prominence community, just steps from all the fun to be had at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub). Our 6 seater golf cart is also included with our home.

Upon using the keyless entry to conveniently enter, you’ll be greeted by a spacious open concept living area, dining space, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. The first level also holds one of the 2 large master bedrooms. Upstairs is the 2nd master, as well as 2 additional bedrooms, and a loft with a pull out bed/counch. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the home has 4 outdoor porches!

This home is a quick walk away from the 5000 square foot, zero entry community pool (heated in March/April & Oct/Nov) with cabanas, a luxurious setting for guests to use. This home backs up to The Big Chill, which is a fantastic outdoor venue featuring 30A's largest big screen TV, live music and all the restaurant options you could hope for. There are also retail shops for local clothing and interior decor, as well as Luke Bryan's cigar shop and popular hangout. There is also a Farmer's Market at The Big Chill (steps from the house!) on Thursdays from 9am to 1pm with amazing vendors from the local area with assorted goods.

Prominence is also just a quick bike ride or drive down 30A from popular spots such as Alys Beach, Seaside, and Rosemary.

First Floor: Front Porch, Garage, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, Master Suite #1 with bathroom and private porch.

Second Floor: A loft common area, Master Suite #2 with bathroom and private porch. Laundry, Bedroom #3 with bathroom, Bedroom #4 with bathroom. A private porch is shared between bedrooms #3 and #4.

We do NOT provide bikes, but there are several places to rent bikes within walking distance
