Our house is located in Seget, a 450-year-old fishing village and small suburb across from Trogir (UNESCO) in Central Dalmatia. Our house is about 450 years old and is a traditional Dalmatian stone house. The house is just 80 meters from the beach and the promenade, and there are many restaurants and cafés nearby. Some restaurants are just a minute away—since you’re in the same village!<br>Supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, and an ATM are located right near the house, about a 3- to 10-minute walk away.<br>There’s also a promenade nearby that stretches for several kilometers along the sea and the beaches!<br><br>The house is spread over two floors and consists of two units.<br>The smaller apartment (unit) is on the first floor and features a bathroom, a kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed and a rollaway bed, accommodating up to 3 people!<br>The larger apartment (unit) is located on the first and second floors. The first floor features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a kitchen, and the second floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. The larger apartment accommodates up to 6 people.<br>All floors are air-conditioned.<br><br>The apartments are connected by an interior courtyard with stairs, where the entrance to the village is located on the first floor! Another entrance is located in the small apartment in the area leading toward the beach and the boardwalk.<br>The house features a terrace covered with grapevines, where you can enjoy many lovely evenings!<br>The perfect house for family and friends—a great place to truly unwind!<br><br>Free parking is available near the house!<br><br>For those who wish to explore the region, there’s a wide range of sites within easy reach on a day trip by car or an organized tour. You can visit various national parks: Krka (60 km), Plitvice Lakes (220 km by car), the Kornati Islands from Vodice or Murter (about 60 km by car, then by boat), Paklenica—90 km by car; a beautiful rafting trip on the Cetina River—about 40 km by car; or you can visit towns near Split, such as Šibenik or Primošten, and the islands of Brač, Hvar, Solta, and Vis from Split Harbor.
