Cozy as Can Be!

This was by far, our best VRBO experience. The house was perfect, and we instantly felt at home. (We even had some deer greet us!) The hosts were awesome, and quick to respond to anything we needed! We hope to come back in the future…. I really don’t see us wanting to stay anywhere else in the Knoxville area!

Very nice location

House was lovely and well equipped for all our needs. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of pet friendly parks in the area as well as grocery stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. The host reached out and provided recommendations of places to visit and eat.

Beautiful Weekend in Knoxville

We enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Retreat A-Frame very much. We visited Knoxville from Michigan for our son's White Coat Ceremony in Medical School. The property was located in an upscale area of Knoxvile with gorgeous parks and lakes nearby. The property was very clean and beautiful, and was even better than the photos. We enjoyed the outdoor deck seating in the mornings with gorgeous nature and birdsong. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful home

Aaron and Andre’s home is wonderful! It fit our family needs perfectly. The open living area and outside deck was inviting and enjoyable. The bedrooms were spacious and the kids enjoyed the tree swings and running around the property. The home is nestled in a wooded area that is near stores and restaurants. We had one small issue and Aaron responded quickly and kept me updated on when the issue was resolved. He offered several helpful suggestions for dinner as well. If we ever visit this area again, we will definitely stay here!

Beautiful farm house with everything we needed for a fun friends vacation! Amazing views from the front porch each morning with deer in the front yard.. what a way to enjoy your cup of coffee!

A+ for A Frame

Y’all this house is stunning inside and out. The kitchen was huge and had everything. Some other features we enjoyed were the massive TVs, comfy beds, and beautiful views. We had three kids with us who loved the toys and play area upstairs. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. We had multiple opportunities to see deer right outside the back door! We highly recommend this amazing experience.

A Gem in Farragut!

What an amazing property, house and town! Our family truly enjoyed our stay at "A-Frame at Early Acres". Early Acres is fantastic! Aaron and Andrea have wonderful appointments throughout the house…. fresh flowers in kitchen, fruit and water for our stay, basket of personal care items in every bathroom and Cozy blankets in the living room. Our stay at your home made our family visit very special! Thank you Aaron and Andrea!

Excellent for our large family!

We booked this property so our family (several adult children and their spouses, along with our teens) could stay together while we were in town for our son's wedding. The layout of the house was perfect to accommodate each family unit with some sleeping privacy as well as a large open space for us to gather together. We were responsible for preparing the rehearsal dinner (held at another location) so we gave the kitchen a good workout. I had brought several things from home that I knew I was going to need, but found the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prep that meal along with several other meals throughout the weekend. The only thing we didn't find was a large mixing bowl (think pancake breakfast for 10!). In addition to everything you could need for cooking/baking, there were plenty of plates, bowls, cups, utensils for the 10 of us. The house and grounds were beautiful and clean. Our only regret is that the weekend was so busy that we didn't have a lot of down time to sit, relax and enjoy the property. Thanks for hosting us. If we come to visit the newlyweds again, your property will be at the top of our list!

Nephew's Wedding

We had a wedding for our nephew and wanted to be close so we could help. This house was so nice. Beds were comfortable and the deck was amazing at night. It was perfect instead of a hotel. Will book again!

Property owners Andrea and Aaron live on the same 5 acre property (in another house with a shared driveway) far enough away to allow privacy for your group but accessible if you need anything while you're visiting. We have 5 kids from 14-26 and are often buzzing around yet available if you're looking for ideas on what to do or where to eat. We've lived in the area for quite a long time and love East Tennessee and hope you do as well. We hope you love your stay at the A-Frame House!

The A-Frame @ Early Acres offers great usage of 2,500 sq. ft. freshly decorated interior space. Features 4 bedrooms, open living/kitchen/dining area/office nook, 2 living room areas, 2.5 baths, full laundry, lots of privacy, tons of parking, lots of natural light, open main living space, modern farmhouse + mid century design accents. The main living room features 2 sets of French doors that lead to a massive wrap around deck with outdoor seating, Weber gas grill, outdoor dining area, and a great view of the surrounding trees and hillside. The owners of this property have put lots of care and attention into making sure you enjoy your stay.

The property overlooks a 60+ fruit tree orchard and a distant tree line about 1,000' ft away. Far enough away to not be a bother are a few colonies of bees that the owner keeps to help pollinate the orchard. Don't worry though as they are only interested in finding the nearest flowering buds. In the back yard up at the crest of the hill are the owners grape vines that are just getting started, along with a few rows of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.

Guests frequently comment at how calming, quiet, peaceful as well as how dark it as at night which makes it a great place to stargaze.

Take a quick trip to Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Smoky Mountains, downtown Knoxville, UT, or other nearby places and come back to this welcoming and relaxing home to finish off your day. We're also close to popular Knoxville Wedding venues such as the Quarry, Riverview Farm, Maple Grove, Hunter Valley Farm, Marblegate, and others.

Families and small groups will love this place as it allows for separation in the 4 bedrooms while having a spacious main gathering place on the first and 2nd floors, as well as the large outdoor patio space.
