The Rooftop

The headline feature — and the reason groups rebook. Over 800 square feet of rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Nashville skyline. A gas firepit anchored by a large sectional couch, a gas grill, a mounted flat screen TV, and an outdoor dining table. The artificial grass English Garden area is set up with a croquet course, giant checkers, and plenty of space to relax in the sun. Strung with hanging lights and illuminated ambient signage, the rooftop looks spectacular after dark. Sunsets from up here are the real thing.

The Games Room

The ground-floor garage has been fully converted into a dedicated entertainment space: a full-size pool table, a karaoke machine, a flat screen TV, bar stools, and couches. A second gathering space for when the night runs long.

The Living Areas

The main floor has a fully equipped group kitchen — island seating for four, gas cooktop and griddle, stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplash, and a pantry. The dining area connects to a large living room stocked with board games and after-dinner games.

East Nashville, 10 minutes from Broadway and the Ryman. 5 minutes from Nissan Stadium (Tennessee Titans), Top Golf, and First Tennessee Park (Nashville Sounds). Bridgestone Arena is 10 minutes. Nashville International Airport is 15 minutes.
