Spacious, beautiful & modern home in peaceful area close to city

We are looking for a 1 to 2 month rental of our beautiful home in a peaceful cul de sac in Glasnevin, Dublin. Our spacious home has been tastefully decorated and maintained over the years with large bedrooms and a great work from home office space. There is also a fantastic home gym out the back.

Ideal for working professionals.

We are within close proximity to airport (5 miles) and city centre (5 miles). DCU, Croke Park and Botanic Gardens also in walking distance.

The space
This beautiful house is set in a very peaceful cul de sac residential area, with a fantastic park just a few minutes walk away and is perfectly located for easy access to the city centre and airport.

Our home has three floors. The first floor is the main living area with a spacious kitchen, dining and relaxing area opening out to an outdoor decking. Double doors lead to our living room which has been tastefully decorated over the years and has two very comfortable sofas for watching TV, reading etc.

On the first floor upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms, one with a super king size bed and both with built in wardrobes. The bathroom and shower is also located on the first floor as is a smaller box room which will not be available as we will use this to keep some personal belongings.

The second floor upstairs is a wonderful converted attic space with a very large desk and work from home space. Second screen will be left for your use along with printer should it be needed. This space also has its own private toilet and shower space.

Outside, there is a nice back garden space and a newly installed home gym which we can provide you with access to if required.
