Ferienanlage Roland - Apartment 24

The cozy holiday apartment No. 24 is located in the year-round apartment complex “Haus Roland”, which consists of two houses. The facility is located on a spacious plot in a quiet location close to the forest. From here, the beach and the center of Zinnowitz are within easy walking distance. The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached after 7 steps, which is particularly useful for older guests. Here, holidaymakers will find rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, although the Baltic Sea is only about 800 m away.   In the basement of the house in which the apartment is located, a lockable bike room, the table tennis room and a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) can be used. In the second house there is a sauna and a small swimming pool available to all guests of the residential complex. The swimming pool and sauna were extensively renovated in early 2016. Due to the shared use of other guests and any necessary maintenance work, the availability of the swimming pool and sauna cannot be guaranteed.

The holidaymakers can make themselves comfortable on 54 m² in a comfortably furnished apartment with a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, storage room and balcony with a wonderful view. This non-smoking apartment offers enough space for 4 people also for pets.
