Beautiful remodeled condo in downtown Steamboat. Enjoy the convenience of walking to any of the downtown restaurants, bars and shopping that Steamboat has to offer. The views from this 3rd floor, 2-bedroom condo are worth the two flights of stairs. You have direct views of the Howelsen Hill ski jump across the Yampa River, and can enjoy watching people ski and ride day into night. Brand new high end furnishings and well-stocked kitchen will be there for you after an amazing day on the slopes. One dedicated parking spot and one block away to the free bus which will get you around town or over to the Steamboat Ski area.

Absolutely loved it. Walking distance to everything we need. No longer skiers so we are all about food and drink. We parked our car and did not need it until we left on Thursday. Def be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts thought of everything, including a bottle of delicious wine. The communication was excellent. The location of the condo could not have been better. Excellent restaurants and a riverwalk across the street, which we enjoyed daily. We can’t say enough great things about our stay. Thank you and we’ll be back!

Great condo.

This was a great location to ski slopes and shopping. Property was very clean, and had amazing views. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

This apartment was in the ideal location and everything in it was pristine. We enjoyed a long weekend of skiing, hiking, fine dining, hot springs and just spending time with our daughter and her boyfriend who live in Fort Collins. Everything was so easy from this place and we either walked or took the shuttle pretty much everywhere. We would definitely plan to stay here again! Matt was communicative and very helpful with any questions we had.We are so happy that we found this spot but were so sad to leave!

Luxury downtown Steamboat condo

We would stay here again. Owner was a good communicator. Kitchen was well outfitted and the furnishings were comfortable. We made some use of the parking space and enjoyed the view of Howelsen Hill. Even saw both Golden and Bald Eagles fly by along the river! Had issues with the clothes dryer, but the owner knows what needs to be done to remedy the problem. Attempt to have Amazon deliver to the condo failed as they largely shipped via USPS to Steamboat which does not deliver to the condo, so in lieu of paying postage due, we refused delivery (by going to the post office in person) and eventually received refunds from Amazon.

Our Favorite Place in Steamboat

This is the second time our family of 5 have rented this condo and after staying in Steamboat through the past 20 years, this is by far our favorite. The unit is well appointed, the decor and design is high end as well as the accessories and appliances. The location is what sets them apart, the view of the ski hill from the large picture window, and the ability to walk to dinner or shopping downtown is priceless. A short 1 block walk to the shuttle takes you right to the mountain, passing my favorite coffee shop along the way. Truly the best experience. Thank you for sharing your condo, as we have treasured our time there and will be back.

Family Christmas Fun

We really enjoyed the property. The condo was just as described. The location was excellent, easy access to the ski shuttle. We really loved walking to Howelsen Hill each night to see all the activities that go on.

Fabulous property and stay!

This was truly an incredible VRBO rental. The condo is amazing and so nicely set up!! It was fully stocked with bathroom and kitchen amenities like dishes, soaps, linens, etc. Lots of little touches that went above and beyond the norm. The view is awesome and the location is right downtown across from a ton of great restaurants and a walking trail. We also had very happy kiddos who enjoyed the basket of toys in the closet! There were also fans and nice sound machines available, along with a pack n play. Everything was clean and nice! Note that there are not elevators, but we did not find it hard to navigate the stairs. The temperature did differ from living room to bedrooms, but we turned the heat down and left the AC on low, and it was fine! Great check in and communication with the host (which really wasn’t even needed, as it was so easy). We would absolutely stay here again and recommended this spot to our local friends for their future guests in town!

Beautiful retreat

Spent a long weekend with my family of 3 in this well-located condo. Food and bike path just out the door. Views from the space are beautiful and inside was ideal for a relaxing weekend. Beds are comfortable, good spaces to eat and long. Lovely!

Steamboat Dreams

This property was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our 31’st Anniversary with our adult kids. We loved the location to restaurants and shopping and what a bonus to have a reserved parking space in the middle of the action. We did take a couple of trips to hike and enjoyed the Strawberry Springs one afternoon and always had our parking spot waiting when we arrived back. The only thing I would recommend is more mirrors. It was a struggle to get ready with 3 girls and only the bathroom mirror but it’s definitely not lowering my rating. We enjoyed having the board games, cards and speakers for the moments we relaxed and people watched from the windows. It was the perfect accommodations for us. Can’t wait to come back! 🍁 🌎 🌲 ❤️

You don't even have to leave the condo to enjoy Steamboat; just put up the blinds, sit in the recliner, and watch the Olympic ski jumpers fly down the mountain.
