Real Escapes Properties is proud to share 1923 Frederica Road with you! We now welcome your pup to come with you!

This new 2122 SF home on Frederica Road is the perfect vacation spot for your entire family! This is an absolutely amazing property. The owners have just made this house pup-friendly and now the pool can be heated for an additional charge ($400).

A private home with an inground pool, you will be only 2 miles to the closest beach access and 2 miles to the Pier and Village area. From this location, you can walk to Redfern Village and some of the other nearby shops and restaurants. Better yet, rent some bikes and tour the whole island. Enjoy the new construction with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths - with master suites on the main living level as well as the second level.

With an open living, kitchen and dining rooms, this house embraces full utilization of space. There is a sun-room off the dining area which leads to the outdoor pool and entertainment area which is fenced-in for privacy. The main master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the first level along with a half bath and laundry area.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are a queen, a set of twins and the 2nd master with a queen bed.

The outdoor area has a sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and tables with a cooking griddle, two burner eyes and a large propane grill. You'll love having your own cabana area!

The pool can now be heated for an additional fee. Please call our office to inquire!

You can sleep 10 here comfortably. Bring your large multi-generational family or two families can vacation here easily.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).
• Pups are now welcome! $100/pup non-refundable fee. Limit 2.
• Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the circular driveway
• 2 miles to the pier/village area and 2 miles to the best beach access points.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

Graduation weekend

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool was great! The house is on a busy road but far enough back from the road, that it isn't an issue. Would definitely stay here again!

From the decor, to the rooms to the cocktail pool, we enjoyed it all! It was only a 7 minute drive to almost anywhere on the island we were planning on visiting. I would recommend this house completely!

First time to Georgia

We had a really good time! The pool was a little smaller than expected, but we were in it every day. It was easy to get around the island from where we stayed. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house and loved the porch swing!

Girlfriends Getaway

The house was perfect for 7 of us. It is adorable! The only issue we had was the pool and outside area was not ready for guests. The company was great about getting someone out to work on the pool but it was disappointing. The house is off a main road which is very busy and we were not able to rent golf carts since it is 35 mph. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed getting to know Saint Simons Island.

Dirty house/Noisy neighbors

Outside grill was disgusting, oven was nasty as well. Purchased steaks prior to check in, had to go buy a grill. Oven was very dirty, dishes and flatware were gross as well, had to wash everything we used. Next door neighbor started sawing, pounding and drilling, dog was barking as well at 7:00 am both mornings. Very expensive day and a half, would NOT recommend. I have pictures.

Broken glass and weak grill

There was broken glass around the pool my spouse found, but not before child got glass in foot (before tennis tournament). The grill would not get hot enough to cook the shrimp and fish we purchased from the local market. And finally, one of the showers did not drain. House needs attention to details, but is well furnished.

Mixed feelings

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have mixed feelings about this property. The home was beautiful, just like the pictures. The layout was great. Plenty of room for gathering and visiting. The problem was cleanliness. The basic things were clean...the bathrooms, the linens, the kitchen counters were clean. But there was built up dust on light fixtures (including the light over the table), dust bunnies in closets (plus 2 dead roaches) and on the baseboards. We had to buy plastic utensils because there were not enough for the six adults that were there. The oven & bar b que pit really need to be cleaned. Had it been clean, it would have been a great place to stay.

Great house and location

This was a beautiful home with plenty of space for my friends and I. We didn't think the location was going to be great, but it turned out to be within walking distance to a lot of great places to eat and the drive to the beach was really easy. The only thing we wanted that this house didn't have was a heated pool. Otherwise, our stay was excellent.

Great location on the Island! Highly recommend.

Great location to all the best stuff on St. Simons. Check in was easy and fast. The house was clean and tidy. Nice high end furniture and a beautiful back yard. I would stay here again.
