Location, Location, Location!! Fully furnished third floor condo with a fully equipped kitchen. Gas fireplace and a jetted tub. One minute walk to the Red Pine Gondola or to the new 10 person Sunrise Gondola opening in November 2025. Elevators, Fire Sprinklers, Nicely Equipped Fitness Room, 2 Hot Tubs, Onsite Management, Year-Round Heated Outdoor Pool, Barbecue Grills, etc. Beautiful views of the mountains, Red Pine Gondola, concert stage/lawn, etc. from your private balcony. The Sundial Lodge offers one unassigned parking spot in the heated basement garage for all guests at a fee of $35/night from December 15 thru April 15. Free Shuttle Service within Canyon's Village, Ski Storage and Ski Valet, Bike Storage and Valet, 2 new Smart TVs with Cable Service and Premium Movie Channels, High Speed Internet and Landline Telephone.

Great Location in Village

I guess the best compliment we could give our host and the property is that there was never a need to contact him about anything. The entire process from check-in to check-out was seamless, and the unit was exactly as described in the listing. No issues are the best issues! Perfect location in Canyons Village close to the gondola, ski shops and restaurants. Easy parking at the property and convenient ski valet. TIP: go down to the ski valet 730am to get your skis out and then leave them in the rack outside and pick them up on your way to the gondola. This will cut down on wait times as the ski valet gets busy after 8am. Clean, comfortable, easy access to the slopes and amenities. Great stay all the way around.

Great place right on ski hill!

We had a great stay! Check in was super easy and the host was very responsive. The place was clean and the location can’t be beat, with the gondola steps outside the main entrance. The ski valet was quick and easy and I loved how warm my boots were in the morning! Would stay here again!

Perfect spot for skiers!

A great condo for your ski vacation. We were 3 travelers and the space worked well. Nice to have our own kitchen which is fully stocked. Also great to have a washer/dryer. Hot tubs at the condo are great! The location of the lodge is ideal for ski in / ski out. You walk not even a minute to the gondola. We would stay here again!

Amazing Stay at Sundial Lodge - Highly Recommend!

We recently stayed at this one-bedroom condo at the Sundial Lodge at the Canyons resort in Park City, and it was fantastic! The condo had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a lovely balcony overlooking the plaza with snow covered mountains in the distance. Located at the base of the mountain, it was just a short walk to the main gondola lift. The building included ski and boot storage, with boot warmers that made mornings delightful. The staff was friendly and very helpful with our skis.After a full day of skiing, we enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub and relaxed with dinner and movies in our unit. For 2 adults (or a small family with the pull-out couch), this condo is the perfect choice for its location, comfort, and amenities.When we visit Park City/Canyons in the future, we will definitely consider staying here again!

Great location in the Canyons!

We love ski in/out at the Canyons and this particular Sundial unit was perfect. Great location and fantastic view (always helpful to be able to view the lift lines before even leaving the unit too!) Booking process was smooth and the owner was very responsive. Hope to stay again!

Repeat Stay - Great location!

Overall, the unit meets our family's needs pretty well. The location is great, the ski valet is very helpful, and the view of the plaza is a nice bonus. The unit was a bit hot, despite getting into the teens one night. I don't know if it's just heat from the hallway and units below, but lowering the thermostat to its lowest setting and later turning it off weren't sufficient. Finally, on the last night, I left the outside balcony door open for awhile and that worked. But the combination of the heat and foam mattress made for poor sleep most nights. Also, check-in was a bit annoying. We were early and asked for an early check-in. The property management company (All Seasons) referred us to the owner, who politely indicated an early check-in could not be accommodated due to the cleaners. So we ran some errands and then waited in the lobby for an hour or so. Promptly at check-in time, we went back to the desk and got our key. It was clear that the management company had no idea when the cleaners finished, and I suspect we could have been in the room a lot sooner. This is a minor gripe and more of a complaint about All Seasons. Surely they have the ability to track when the room is actually ready, like any other resort...

3 night stay and 3 days of skiing

The place was fantastic, my son and I stayed there for our annual ski vacation. The separate bedroom worked out great and the pull out sofa couch was very comfortable. The view of the morning sunrise was spectacular. We did not have a car, plenary of places to eat dinner within 500 feet. Ski rental shop was right next door. My son enjoyed the gym which has all of the latest equipment. Ski valet was convienient. We took the red eye back to Orlando and were able to shower/dress after a long day of skiing

Great location & Views

Love the view of Canyon Village Center and location rocks. Hot tub is on the exact same floor just down the hall so that’s a nice bonus. This is our 2nd time staying at Sundial Lodge and easy pick & drop off right at the door for snowmobiling and dog sledding. Will rebook here again unless we need a 2 bedroom unit next time. .

I loved every part of this vacation! Steve was super responsive and easy to communicate with, the staff at Sundial was very pleasant and treated us like honored guests, the location was unbeatable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! We will be back!!

Excellent condo for a family of four and great location!

We recently stayed in the unit for 4 nights to be able to ski 3 days. The unit looked exactly like the listing and the location was fantastic for all of our needs. Restaurants, rental locations, hot tub and lifts were all close by! Highly recommend this unit to anyone bringing a family of 4 or less to the Canyons!

nice place, great location

Nice place for a small family or couple. Did find somethings that could be cleaner, like the extra blankets needed to be washed and debris under the bathroom counter. Overall it was a nice room, and nice stay that i would recommend.

Location! Sundial Lodge is the closest lodging option to the ski lifts. I love having the gym, pool, hot tubs, etc. right on the property. The ski storage and valet make storage and gearing-up a breeze! There is also a bike storage and valet for the spring, summer and fall.
