This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage (135m²) is located near the sparkling white sandy beach of Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States.

The 'Boat House' is tastefully decorated in water tone colors. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble countertop.
