This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage (135m²) is located near the sparkling white sandy beach of Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States.

The 'Boat House' is tastefully decorated in water tone colors. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble countertop.

A flat-screen TV, a radio and sound system and high-speed Internet throughout the house complete the offer. On the sundeck surrounded by palm trees you will find cozy lounge chairs and a teak dining table with chairs and a charcoal Weber grill.

A short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants. In addition to many small shops you will find in the vicinity also a large supermarket for your purchases. This holiday home offers everything you need during your holiday in the immediate vicinity.

Are you traveling with small children? Our cottage is very family friendly. You will find z. Two high chairs, a manoeuvrable stroller, a cot, some books and toys and a lot of sand toys for the beach. There will be property's services visits without prior notice (f.e. pool service, lawn service etc) including restrictions caused by service vehicles.
