Spacious Vacation Home, Walk to Beach, Boat Dock, Heated Pool

Beautiful home, in-ground heated pool, boat dock and direct Gulf of Mexico access, screened lanai, hardwood floors and more. Luxuriate in one of two jacuzzi jetted tubs.

The three bedrooms are located on the main upstairs level. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dining and living area together with the lanai offer a lot of space to gather and enjoy relaxing days. If needed, you can use the sofa bed in the living room as an extra sleeping space for 2 additional persons. The pool can be accessed using the spiral staircase from the lanai or via the lower level. The property offers a 2 car garage, paver driveway and a spacious pool deck with outside shower, a garden lushly landscaped and maintained to perfection.

This home is one that you will be proud to stay in and entertain family and friends. It is in a quiet neighborhood of million plus dollar homes. You are close to fine dining, water sports, shopping and of course, the beautiful white sands of the Gulf on Bonita Beach is just 1 short block away. If you want the best, this is the one for you!!

From the house it is a short walk down to Bonita Beach where the cool sea breezes and warm water make for a fun day. Bonita Beach is a beautiful white sand beach with great fishing, seashells galore, and beautiful sunsets. Nearby, there are several restaurants within walking distance. Plus, shopping and local area activities were merely a short drive away.

Beautiful well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. Also, two fun, casual restaurants within walking distance. Very nice pool area with plenty of shade and sun. The host responded quickly to our questions. We look forward to returning.

Always an outstanding experience at Kings Kew. This was our third year and we have rebooked for 2027. Great location just a short walk to the beach, Docs, and Coconut Jacks. Spacious home with plenty of room for seven senior citizens. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Felt like a King at Kings Kew

The house was perfect for our family trip. We kept jet skis at the dock and it was a perfect location for jet skiing to different restaurants every day and Estero Bay was beautiful. Home is very comfortable and provided plenty of room for our group of five.

Family of Senior Citizens

This was our second year at this property and we have re-booked for 2026. Location, location, location. Five minute walk to Doc’s, Coconut Jack’s and the beach. Space enough for the seven of us. Pool, screened back porch, and big front porch. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon included. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous home and setting

We loved this property and its location was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and outfitted, Anne has it sll together. This is a 2 to 5 minute walk to bonita Beach, and also right on the canal. This is a comfortable cozy home. We will be back. Snne worked closely with us as the hurricane was inching and gave up to the minute abbie ó out safety.

A Bestie!

A house that has it all, just a minute from the beach, and all that Bonita Springs and North Naples provides. The house was clean and inviting, stocked with everything needed for our group of 6 adults. From bedding to kitchen, parlor, pool, loft-like outdoor dining area, a gem and more… It’s just a short walk to Doc’s Beach House, Coconut Jack’s Seafood, and a short drive to the Bay House, a fine dining seafood restaurant.The property also comes with a wonderful host, Anne, who responds quickly and makes it all the more inviting. We definitely hope it will be available when booking our next trek to the area, thank you again Anne.

Grateful at Thanksgiving

What a wonderful week our family of 7 had at this home! It was a short walk to the beach, and the hosts provided all the necessary chairs, umbrellas, etc. The heated pool was enjoyed as well. It was a treat to be able to open up the triple sliding doors and enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner of freshly caught fish on the porch. A dolphin cruise at sunset was a highlight of the trip, and local restaurants were great! Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing trip and would highly recommend this home!

Bonita Springs, FL The Family Agrees The Best Spring Vacation Ever

For a number of years we have been taking our family to FL during spring break. We hop around a lot and try different houses and islands. Anne's house has been the best so far. Very spacious, extremely well equipped with everything, all you need to do is bring in food. Everything else is provided. Walk to the beach is 5 minutes across the street. Stores are down the road. We will be back next year.

Perfect family vacation

This property was FANTASTIC!! Perfect for our whole family to enjoy a week on the gulf coast! The house had more than enough space for our 7 adults and 2 grandchildren! The pool was great and the fresh mangoes off the tree in the yard were enjoyed by all!! Just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach!! The ONLY negative- the deck area beside the pool gets VERY HOT, which we learned when our toddler ran onto it and burned her feet. There should be a warning sign!

Dear Linda, I am so sorry to hear that you encountered some problems when staying at our place. We have found out that a heavy storm had hit Bonita Beach just before your arrival. At that point of time the cleaning had already been done. When my Mom who looks after the Kings Kew Villa checked she had to remove a lot of leaves from the pool and surrounding area. However, she did not notice anything inside. When we informed her about your observation the day you wrote to us she stopped by but you were not there. In the hectic around the Christmas preparations and festivities we are sorry not to have followed up more thoroughly. With regards to the ants we would like to highlight that pest control is performing regular checks. We have asked them to add another treatment after having received your review. Thank you for your valuable feedback which enables us to keep up Kings Kew and make it a pleasant experience for our guests. Beat regards, Anne

Great Vacation Home

Our week at King's Kew was amazing! Our multigenerational group was very pleased with this home. The photos did not do justice to the home, the attention to detail made our week very comfortable. Our three teenagers loved having their own space downstairs! We used the beautiful lanai for all our meals. We went to a different beach everyday! Our favorite was Vanderbilt Beach, which we wouldn't have known about, but the young man that took our family on a jet-skip excursion told us not to miss it. Anne was very responsive to a booking issue we had, but quickly had it rectified. She was very pleasant to speak to and to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone of our friends or family. We plan on coming back!

It was an ok place

I mainly rented this property because it stated the pool was heated. The water was cold and I couldn’t enjoy the pool. The pool was dirty and the skimmer was broke. Was told to buy one and we would get reimbursed. Never stayed in a place that we had to go out of our way to buy something for our rental. On the up side, dryer belt broke and they did fix that.

Dear Shawnna, Thank your for the feedback. Sorry for having asked you to get us a new skimmer. My mum who takes care of the house would have bought one immediately but she was out of town. So we had to wait for the pool boy to get replacement. The pool heater starts operating when the temperature falls below 80 degrees. At this time of the year this does not happen that often. Family get away Dec. 30-Jan.6 2018

WONDERFUL HOUSE!!! My husband and I rented this house as a Christmas gift for our children. THEY LOVED THE PLACE. We were there the week of New Years. We could watch fireworks from the house New Year's Eve. The heated pool and lanai were huge hits with our family. The whole family (6 adults and two grandchildren) stayed for a week. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could need for a fabulous get away. We did not have terrific weather (it was very chilly) but loved our stay. We walked to the ocean (about 3 minutes) everyday and had beautiful sunsets outside of Doc's. You can't beat these sunsets. We walked to Coconut Jack's also. We parked our cars upon arrival and my children only left once to go to the souvenir shop. If you enjoy the ocean and great food within walking distance, this is the house for you. Anne is a gracious host and her house has everything we needed. We did not want to leave. THANK YOU ANNE FOR THIS VERY MEMORABLE WEEK WITH ALL MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDS. We hope to be back very soon.

Great location but needs TLC

This house is located in an ideal location in a beautiful, quiet, neighborhood, with a very short walk to the beach. The home is set up nicely for our family of 6 adults and two children, with basically 3 individual “wings.” The pool and over looking lanai are great. We’d love to leave a 5 rating but… the home needs lots of TLC. It’s outdated, worn down, and not maintained very well. It is not safe for young children because of an open staircase without handrails leading to the lower level. We used one of the owner provided child safety gates to protect the little ones from the staircase, but that became very cumbersome. The kitchen cabinets and linen closets are cluttered with way too many items collected through the years. The gas grill is a nice amenity however it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned for some time (if ever) and the grease in the base of the grill literally caught fire while I was cooking kabobs for our family (the food was tossed). For the price, we expected a much better experience. At best, we’d rate this house a 3.5. With some TLC and attention it could easily be a 4 plus!

Dear Dru; So sorry to hear that our house did not meet your expectations. We are investing every year a considerable amount of money to maintaine and upgrade the property. Last year we were very busy reconstructing the lower level that was completely washed away by hurricane Ian in 2022. This fall, when we stay in our vacation home ourselves, we will focus on the upper level. The fact that we spend a few months there explains also the variety of items in the kitchen. We love to cook. Guests are asked to clean the gas grill after usage. Appearently this did not happen before your arrival. We have asked our cleaning lady to check the grill regularly from now on to prevent unpleasant situations in the future. Best regards Anne

Having spent nearly all my childhood vacation in Bonita Springs finally a dream came true and I reconnected to this wonderful place purchasing the Kings Kew Villa.
