The bedroom has a double bed (180x200, separate mattresses), sideboard and two single beds (90x200). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge freezer, microwave with grill function, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, automated coffee machine with capsule system, kettle, dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and a washing machine. Additional information is found in the garden garden table and chairs, two sun loungers, a barbecue and a children's playground with a trampoline.

The accommodations - a 80m² house and a 60m² Apartment - located in Wusterhusen. The house consists of a living room and bedroom, two separten bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a conservatory. The apartment is divided into living room with sofa bed, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Both units have a private garden area with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and barbecue facilities. The house and the apartment are only 5 minutes drive from the seaside resort of Lubmin with its beautiful beach. The Baltic Sea beaches can be reached by car in 30 minutes.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
