Located just a half block off main street, this cozy townhome is a perfect walking distance to all Red River has to offer! Mountain View 3 is three stories, featuring front door access on the first floor. On the second floor is a quaint kitchen with an island for more counter space, a full-sized bathroom and a living room stocked with plenty of board games and room to cozy up to the fireplace or grill on the balcony. The living room has a twin-sized sleeper loveseat and several comfy chairs. On the third floor is the second bathroom and the two bedrooms, each featuring their own small balconies. The bedroom on the left has twin size bunk beds and the lovely master bedroom to the right features a queen-sized bed. Has Washer and Dryer in the garage with garage access. This place is perfect for family getaways any time of the year!
**4 Wheel Drive/ Chains are highly recommended during winter months. **

RR Vacay

Great location right off Main Street with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check in required stop at property office to obtain old fashioned key instead of digital code. Condo was clean but carpet needs to be replaced and furniture is dated. Otherwise great location and would stay again.

Talk about cute!

Great location for our stay in Red River for the music fest and cook off. It’s a block away from the park and just off Main Street. Decorated very minimal but cute. Well designed layout and use of space.

Great location

This rental was great for our family ski trip. The location was wonderful and space was roomy and comfortable. Far more room for a family to spread out than a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and even a crockpot so dinner could be ready when we came off the slopes.

Misleading Photos and name

When we showed up Sunday afternoon for this rental in Red River, New Mexico, Mountain View 3, we were so excited to get out of the Texas heat. Picked up our key 4pm as instructed at their office. They told us we would have to come back Monday for a second key as they only had one at present. This seems to be a common occurrence for this property management company as many others mention same problem. Immediately noticed several problems so I started documenting. No screens on first floor door or window Burnt spots in front of fireplace on carpets Bad spots on table in living area Chip on kitchen sink Loose floor tile in kitchen Dirty stove top No fans ANYWHERE Dirty tub Wall marks in bathroom Loose molding around master bed door. I also took pictures of all of this as we received a lengthy check-in document stating the property was throughly checked before we checked in and we would be charged for any damage. At 6:02 pm Sunday night of check in I got a text telling me to look around and let them know if we needed anything. I immediately texted back with list and pics. No answer until I texted again next morning a little before 10. We had to buy a $65 fan at local grocery store the night before as it was 80 during the day. No built in fans and no box fans on property. We couldn’t open windows or doors because there were no screens on any door or window in property except one. They sent maintenance on Monday afternoon. He did nothing except take one screen I had found laying on back porch saying he was going to fix it, but never brought it back. He also attempted to clean the nasty tub but it was molded beyond cleaning so he took out all the calk, left and never returned to fix it. The furniture in this rental is extremely uncomfortable and made for small people. Every chair is short and hard. There is no couch, just an oversized chair with a twin bed in it. We didn’t try this bed. Master bed was fine, but that was about the only ok part of this rental. I’m not sure what garage sale they got this uncomfortable furniture at, but it must have been a good one! Don’t expect washer and dryer. None. Don’t expect dish washer, you’re it. Says you have a grill, we never found one. I don’t know who would want to stay here, but after only excuses why nothing could be fixed, we checked out a night early and headed back home. It wasn’t worth another uncomfortable night for us.

Perfect Red River Weekend

My son and I came to Red River to enjoy the outdoors. This house is close to everything and well stocked. The house is clean. Be aware that there is no air-conditioning. That was the only thing that would have made the stay better. Other than that, everything was great! We will definitely come again, just not during a heat wave. Lol!
