Ski View Condominiums are so well known amongst people who love coming to Red River for their vacation! These have so much to offer such as great views, the massive community deck allowing guests the perfect place to relax, and enjoy the amazing weather Red River has to offer. New, in-unit washer/dryer! Use the Ski Views community gas BBQ grills(Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate, and Ski View Association) to show off your grill skills! The Ski View Condos are right off Main Street making them perfect for any guests to wanting to walk through the town stopping at the many stores and restaurants. You are even in easy walking distance to the Ski and Summer Area. Enjoy the commons area that is provided by the Ski View Condos, a great place for anyone wanting to get away and watch some TV, play games, or even do laundry with the coin-operated washer/dryer that is able to be used by all Ski View guests. Even though these units are Condo's, step through the front doors and be amazed at how roomy this units truly are! They are so spacious that it is a better choice than a lodge or a hotel! Ski View Condo 9 has just been completely updated! You would never recognize this beautiful unit! This home is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom that is on the upper level of the Ski Views. Step in through the doorway and notice the brand new floors, kitchen countertops, and much more! Take a seat on one of the brand new couches and turn on the flat-screen TV with a DVD player giving guests the option of watching satellite or movies brought from home! The Ski Views also provide free WiFi for guests to use during their stay! Curl up on the love seat in front of the wood-burning fireplace or even sit at the dining table while the fire roars! One of the sofas in the living room is a sleeper sofa that can be folded out for an extra queen bed. The kitchen is spacious and opens making sure that anyone cooking for family and friends is never out of the action! The best perk of being on the upper level of the Ski Views is that you have a door that leads out onto your own balcony! Walk down the hallway to find the two bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left is equipped with a NEW King bed with NEW Memory Foam Mattress. The bedroom to the right has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double bed on the bottom. In this second bedroom is a TV that is perfect for setting up game consoles! Both of these bedrooms have access to both of the hallway bathrooms. The place had pretty much everything needed as far as kitchen supplies and toilet paper, etc. it is nicely decorated and clean and quiet. it is an upstairs unit which I was not aware of. This is probably good for being quiet and a good view off the balcony but up 2 flights of stairs from the parking. Also, the fireplace is wood burning and not gas.

Great location

Overall, this was a nice property. Location was excellent, as was the view of the mountain from the balcony and deck. The kitchen was well stocked, including a coffee pot, toaster and two crockpots. The only thing I didnā€™t find was measuring cups and spoons, so bring your own if you need them. Dishwasher didnā€™t clean the dishes at all and I did find a few dirty dishes that had been put back in the cabinets. A garbage disposal would be a nice upgrade. Bathrooms were adequate but could use some updates. Internet was slow in the evenings (couldnā€™t even play a Netflix show without constant buffering). All electrical outlets need to be replaced. They were super loose, to the point that plugs would just fall out. I also saw burn marks on the wall above one outlet in the living room. The property had a game room with ping pong, sliders and foosball, which was fun for the kids, but the game equipment could definitely use some updating/repairs. I think we would stay again, especially if some updates/repairs were performed.

Red River First Timers

Really enjoyed our time cooling off in Red Riverā€”first trip ever! Loved the small size of the town. We walked a lot, fished, hiked and enjoyed local restaurants. Our favorites were Red River Distillery and Shotgun Willieā€™s. We rode the chairlift up and hear Ry Taylorā€™s music up top. Also, Sitzmark was a terrific place for shopping and all local needs. Overall, highly recommend going to Red River. Nice for families!!!

We had a great time. The condo was very nice. There arenā€™t many electrical plugs in the kitchen and would advise future guests to bring salt and pepper there are only limited coffee and no pantry with and spices

Great Getaway to Red River!

Our stay was a terrific respite from the busy lives we live; it was a great stress reliever! The condo was well-equipped, clean, and had nice, unexpected niceties like coffee for the morning, free wifi, a balcony with a nice view of the ski basin, wonderful southwestern motif of the decoration. The third night was a wonderful, generous bonus. Thank you! If anything negative is to be said, it is that both toilets had problems. One is not securely bolted to the floor, and the other will intermittently not seal the tank; we fix that by removing the tank lid and manually setting the flapper valve -- easily fixed. Also, the storm door to the balcony does not have a handle. That led to my 20-year-old grandson being locked out onto the balcony. Hi cousin came to the rescue for him! =:^)

The location was walking distance to everything. The view of the mountain and the town from the patio was Perfect. The beds were so comfortable. Very nice! But there are a few things you need to know...

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ski View! I would stay here again and recommend it. A few things worth noting, however: ā€¢ There is no air conditioner. We didn't know this prior to our trip, and it was fairly warm while we visited (July 2017). It was comfortable at night, but during the day/evening it was VERY warm in the condo. I recommend taking a few extra fans (there are ceiling fans). If we come back, we're already considering spring or fall ... too hot in July! ā€¢ The corners of the bar (tile) are extremely sharp. My son (6) hit his head on the tallest corner and it took out a chunk of his scalp...seriously. We're lucky the injury wasn't any worse. The corners are VERY sharp and management needs to file them down immediately. We enjoyed the balcony and the incredible view, and our children loved the Kids Zone (ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball). Large living space, stove/oven worked well, very clean. Overall a great stay. Red River Real Estate was awesome as well - quick and easy check-in!
