The expansive back deck showcases panoramic views of the Black Hills and features a gas BBQ grill and large fire table—ideal for relaxing, entertaining, spotting local wildlife, or enjoying your morning coffee.

Open-Concept Living Space: Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, then unwind in the inviting living room with ample seating, a cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large picture windows offering breathtaking views. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with 3 additional stools at the breakfast bar.

Outdoor Living Space: Step out through the patio doors onto the spacious back deck. Highlights include a gas grill, fire table, and ample seating—perfect for soaking up the mountain air in every season.

Laundry Room: Conveniently located off the main entrance, with a full-size washer and dryer.

This is a fantastic neighborhood to enjoy the Black Hills! You can snowmobile and ATV right from the cabins, minutes from downhill skiing, hiking and biking trails and 10 minutes from Deadwood. The development is paved and it`s very easy to access!

This is a vacation home area with a shared Clubhouse you can use. The amenities at the Clubhouse include outdoor heated pool, seating, outdoor firepit, game room and community kitchen.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate several vehicles.
