Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went to Hills for High School Football game and to see the colors change in the forest. Perfect location for this! Will definitely have to book again for a ski trip. Beautiful home, beds very comfortable and amenities were great. Hot tub was great after long day of stomping around Deadwood.

The beautiful home accommodated our family perfectly. It offered privacy and spacious gathering places. Its easy access to the main road worked well for a motorcycle and three cars!! We loved the deck and beautiful view. I highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a luxurious space in one of America’s most beautiful and meaningful areas.

Rally week!! Communication with Buddi was excellent. The home is cozy and the furnishings are gorgeous. Stunning views in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Ample space for motorcycles, trucks and trailer parking. Property location was ideal for many bike routes and Deadwood. This is the only place we will stay. We loved it!!

Fantastic place! Super comfortable bed, spotless throughout, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The hot tub was a huge highlight and made the stay even better. I would absolutely book this property again without hesitation. Only small suggestion would be to add window shades.

Property was pretty clean, had great views. Beds were comfortable, pillows were not. No blinds anywhere so it made it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!

We have had many VRBO stays, and this one was at the top of the list. The place was beautiful. Clean. Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The living rooms were extremely comfortable for relaxing & we especially loved the basket of blankets for cuddling up to watch TV. The hottub was great for relaxing. The views were amazing. The clubhouse was a nice perk & we enjoyed the pool. I would encourage the owners to add more towels, as the amount supplied wasn't quite enough for the amount of people we had showering, even with keeping up with laundry. And shades on the windows would also be much appreciated for privacy. Just those 2 upgrades would do alot for guest satisfaction in this beautiful vacation home!

Beautiful home and wonderful community! Loved the big open space, fun deck and outside area. The house is bright and could use some blinds in the bedrooms. We loved the community pool. Would recommend staying here!

We had a great time. We were there for a mom’s weekend away to relax and it was everything it needed to be. There are quite a few stairs from the garage to the main level but I suppose we should have expected that. I have not been disappointed with Powderhouse Pass ever. The only downside to this property was there were no blinds on any windows. So it was rather bright in the mornings. Wish the bedroom at least had shades. Overall very happy!

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! We have a family of 6 and had plenty of room, but lots of time in the main living area together. Great views from the decks! Budi was accommodating and responded quickly. Would highly recommend!!

Gorgeous views! Beautiful home for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home with our adult children. Only thing that could be improved was that there were no shades on any of the windows, including the bedrooms. Hopefully they add shades in the bedroom windows in the future for some privacy. The views out the windows are absolutely gorgeous though and it’s the perfect location to stay.

Beautiful house

We really enjoyed the area and the floor plan with the newness of the house. It is very well stocked and convenient for our golfing, fishing and hiking. The one suggestion we would like to make is to have some window shades on the windows for morning light in the bedroom and privacy in the evening. The picture windows show the beautiful outdoors but we felt like we lived in a glass house with the neighbors and construction workers nearby. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful with great views you could even see the skiers at Terry Peak in the distance! Plenty of room for our group of eight adults. The kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances and lots of useful dishes, etc. The only thing we missed was a wine opener, but that was easily addressed!! Communication with Budi, the host is always easy and timely.

My only suggestion would be window treatments in the bedrooms. I was hoping to sleep in but couldn’t get past sunrise as our window faced east. Regardless, we loved it so much we stayed an extra night.
