The resort offers a beautiful villa that overlooks beautiful landscapes that meander over 65 acres of well-manicured lawns and pristine lakes that will offer you the perfect setting to relax and enjoy your vacation. The heart of resort is focused on a 13,000 square foot activities center featuring indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sports courts, a snack bar for guest’s enjoyment and also spa.

If you are looking for a great place to relax after a long day of sight-seeing this spectacular three bedroom villa is just right for you. Featuring three private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and dining room, you’ll find it hard to stay in a hotel again! Your family will love the convenience of making a home cooked meal instead of take-out night after night with a fully stocked kitchen where you will discover all utensils and cook ware are provided for you. This spacious three bedroom will feature a king sized bed in the master bedroom along with a whirl pool jetted tub in the private master bathroom, 2 queens in the second bedroom, another king bed in the third bedroom, a convertible queen sleeper sofa in the living room, washer and dryer, private patio or balcony and may other convenient comforts.


Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner.

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, the owner will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.
