NEWLY REMODELED INSIDE & OUT. Remodel finished February 2026! The Biltmore Beach House, a gorgeous one-of-a-kind seashell clad two-story beachfront home with 6 Bedrooms (2 with private beachfront balconies, 6.5 bathrooms (every bedroom has a private bathroom) with in-ground pool, and in the desirable Thomas Drive area near Schooners. This magnificent luxury home has a coquina exterior (seashells in stucco) and features a 1000sf grand room with 22 foot ceilings with ornate crown molding. Downstairs features two guest bedrooms with private baths, grand room with wet bar, modern kitchen with dining bar, formal dining room, laundry room and half bathroom. Upstairs features magnificent master bedroom with private beachfront balcony, huge bathroom with his & her triple shower nozzles and separate Jacuzzi tub, as well as toilet and bidet. Second upstairs bedroom has three sets of bunk beds, a foosball table & private bathroom. Third upstairs bedroom has a king bed and beautiful ocean view with private balcony and bathroom. Fourth upstairs bedroom has a king bed plus one set of bunk beds and private bathroom. There are two queen sofa sleepers located in the living room. Located on 100 feet of beachfront on Gulf Drive in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Parking for 1 inside garage and up to 5 vehicles in the driveway.

loved this place

We really enjoyed our stay there. So much room. There are a couple of broken tiles around the pool but everything was generally good. So glad we had this experience

Thank you for staying with us in PCB. It is an iconic home. Unfortunately, the expensive travertine tiles on the pool deck do not hold up to the elements and is a soft stone and subject to breaking. We constantly repair/replace it, but it was not a suitable material for the outdoor area, but does match the interior floors. We are glad you enjoyed the 5,000 sq ft home and the private beach chairs and pool and hope to see you back soon.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for us! It could use a deep clean (light fixtures, fake plants, behind dressers), but the important things were clean and comfortable. The pool and access to the beach were worth it!! We had an amazing time and will definitely stay here again!

Could be better

Very outdated I can live with that, but it was not clean. Home needs some repairs but we enjoyed the space and slept great on the beds. Great location.

As good as it gets if you want the best possible experience!

I took my entire family (14) people and the house handled such a large party beautifully and everyone had a wonderful time. Oceanfront real estate is a kind hobby of mine and after all these years I know what I'm looking for: Warm comfortable water temperatures Good weather Safe Environment Lots of amenities in the area Being directly on the beach with unobstructed views A terrace overlooking the beach and ocean A decent-sized pool on the terrace This house ticks all those boxes and offers any family a wonderful first-class experience. It's not inexpensive of course, but hitting all those marks in one house is a very rare combination. Yes, the house isn't brand new, and it is a rental house, so things can also be a little worn. However, any small issues didn't impact the great experience we had at this home. The terrace is so beautiful, that we didn't even go out to dinner during the trip because no restaurant could offer such a spectacular spot to enjoy any meal as we enjoyed on that terrace. The terrace is so big, that we went to the nearby Walmart and got two 10' square tents and put them on the terrace to provide shade for the entire family during the day. We also loved the eight wooden chaise lounges on the beach with umbrellas provided by the owner at no cost. The rental company was very responsive and friendly whenever I called and they were also prompt in returning my full security deposit, without prompting from me. Like the title says, this place is great!

Great house

Overall we had a great time. There are definitely things that need to be updated and repaired but all the necessities worked. (Wet bar didn’t work, bidet didn’t work, air hockey was broken)Any time we had a question or issue management replied or came with in 15 mins. Having two refrigerators in the kitchen was great. The location is amazing. Steps away from the beach, on the lower/ less busy end. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome PCB Beachfront Home

Very beautiful beachfront home with impressive architectural design and perfect location. The home is spacious and accommodates large families perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked with two refrigerators! Highly recommend this property for the best value for your money and PCB vacation.

House is in need of a deep cleaning every thing was dirty kitchen was the worst all appliances were durty beds weren't washed they stink like sweat, some furniture needs to be replaced.

One of our best trips!

This home has an unfair reviews by far. We took a chance even though the reviews were 50/50. The negative reviews are unjust for this home, yes it's a rental but it's really only the tedious things that people were not picking on the previous reviews. All of the major things were in working order. They even had a repair man come for a minor thing during our stay. The pool was clear and relaxing. The beach was so nice just to walk out from your deck. I loved that we had our own private chairs. I definitely want to come visit here again!

Jamie, Thank you for staying with us. The home is a rental and is subjected to an unbelievable amount of abuse on a weekly basis. One would think that those paying top dollar would treat it well, but that is simply not so. That being said, it is still a beautiful home and has a private pool, 100 feet of white sand beachfront, 3 sets of private rental chairs provided, and over 5,000 sq ft of inside space to enjoy with the family. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again this next fall!

Worse rental ever

The house is advertised as a mansion but it's not. Don't spend your money in this property . The house was not very well maintained. The door knots are falling apart. Some of the door are broken . They either don't close or the one on second floor you can get locked . The fridge does not cool down much. And the pool it's very small for that large house. I was very disappointed. Will never go back again. If I could give no star but it won't let me continue without rating with at least one. it took me a lot of phone calls to get the the deposit for damage back and still waiting. They always find something to take money from your deposit . Watch out.

Yaris, I personally came to the home on multiple occasions during your stay to address your issues and each and every time I observed a gross over-occupancy of the home, doors left wide open (in mid-summer), and trash throughout the home. Unfortunately, you violated our rental agreement and should have been evicted due to over-occupancy. The home was rented for a maximum of 16 guests, which comfortably accommodates one extended family or perhaps two families, not four or five or six families. Furthermore, the locked areas of home which were clearly off-limits to you were broken in to and items taken. Never in our ten years of owning this home has that occurred. You even admitted it to the vrbo representative during our discussion. Last but not least, the 50+ bags of trash left in front of the home testifies to the fact that you did not use the home as intended, grossly over-occupied it, and then complained after-the-fact to the quality of the accommodations. Had you only had 16 guests as contracted and as the home comfortably accommodates, I am sure your experience would have been much better. I regret having you as a renter and also regret not keeping your full security deposit. Please note that in the future over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund and any damages/theft will result in loss of all of the security deposit.

Scam. Don’t do it. Motel 6 is great compared to this. Place.

Worst ever from check in. Ammenities. No air conditioning. Bunk beds not sturdy enough for kids to sleep on top. All week no air conditioning. Broken tiles at pool unsafe for the kids. Ice machine or wet bar doesn’t work. All kids had to sleep on couches due to it being too hot to sleep in beds upstairs. Motel 6 would have been great compared to this dump. It’s advertised as a mansion. Not to mention outdated peeling paint and tiles inside. Worst place to stay. A lot of money for a miserable week. Was told air was fixed. It wasn’t. Also trash wasn’t picked up and I was told we needed to put it out. We arrived on Saturday and the garbage was full from the previous guests and cleaners.

Impressive

I was apprehensive about the rental after reading some of the bad reviews. After speaking with the property manager, I decided to go with my gut. I'm so glad I did! Yes, the place was a bit run down and dated. That salt air is very damaging. But....the place was huge, it was beautiful, & it was clean. My favorite spot was the deck and pool area. They even supplied beach chairs. A pet peeve of mine is a house that sleeps numerous people but doesn't have enough living room space nor outdoor seating for the same amt of people. Well, this house has 4 large couches and 4 deck tables with more than enough chairs. Truly much appreciated!! I will definitely rent this house again.

Please for your sake keep looking

The worst ever. Absolutely the management team is failing on maintaining this home. The pool was unusable the entire stay. Literally had dozens of beer cans in the pool, water was so cloudy it was disgusting. The management did come at 9 pm and retrieve the cans, while dropping off a new TV for the Living-room. It was destroyed by previous renters. The cleaning crew missed vomit on the back landing near the pool, they missed beer cans in the bedroom, they missed the sticky kitchen floor.

Spring Break

Until the check out phase everything was great. Many of the things in the home were close to breaking or not working entirely(door knobs, lights, appliances). In the process of getting billed for the damages for after our trip the company has not been easy to work with. I have no received clarity on any of my questions and the company has sent me copied and pasted messages rather than actually communicate with me.

Palace of Horror

Dirty does not describe it. The property is advertised as a beautiful palace and its far far from that. Property is very poorly maintained. The property manager did absolutely zero cleaning before our arrival, there were still peanuts left on the floor not to mention mold and other serious problems. Lose title everywhere, anyone can slip and fall. What put the icing on the cake was the air conditioning, it was sooo dirty I couldn’t believe someone could rent a property in these conditions while a world pandemic was taking place. I went to spend New Years with my family including 90 year old grandparents and it was insulting to find this property on those conditions. Little to say we had to find other accommodations.

Terrible stay

One of the worst experience in my life with this vacation. The house was very dirty and smelly. The appliances were dirty and not in properly working conditions. The entire home floor was dirty with crumbs. The bathrooms were not cleaned and stinking pee. Kids rooms were smelling melded. Roaches were throughout the house.the ac wasn’t working properly. Two fans weren’t working.We would never recommend anyone to book through this website. Please take some action cuz when we book it online it only shows pictures that was taken maybe years ago. I would definitely recommend people to book your stay at any hotels where they can give you instant responses. We ask for management to send someone and get the house clean and fix the problems. They send someone to bring out the table fan. No one ever showed up to clean the house. This house was not cleaned and sanitized with the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

Only steps to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is right on the beautiful white sandy beach. There was everything you need for the beach already there including beach chairs, pool toys, and even a couple of kids life jackets. The biggest fault I had with the house is the missing and cracked pool deck stones. It was a little dangerous for the kids. The great room was very spacious and relaxing for everyone. The grounds around the house should be picked up every week to make a better impression. Also, the docu sign app did not work properly. After I filled it all out, it would not take it. I had to send screen shots of each page I signed to the property manager to get signed in. It was very frustrating to have to deal with on our long drive down. Overall our vacation was good. The owner was very responsive, and I feel tried to have everything you could need for a beach vacation.

Home condition

We very much in joyed our stay at the home. I was a little disappointed in the over all condition of the home. For example kitchen cabinets paint, wet bar no running water, out side light fixtures hanging down/ not working properlyI did not turn on was concern it could be a fire hazard. The stero system was not wired up to work. Had to replace 4 remotes batteries. A few of the tiles around the pool need to be replaced on glued back down. I understand all of the above areas will happen when you have a rental. But when you pay the amount of money I payed just expected the home to be in a little better shape. Thank you

Excellent location!

The house was very large and definitely accommodated our very large family. The living room was set up very nicely also for relaxing and talking. The location of this property to the beach and everything was EXCELLENT! Restaurant and bar right next door, the beach right out the back door and a quick drive to anything you needed.
