This family friendly home meets all your vacation needs. We are minutes from, Pier Park, Panama City Beach Sports Complex, St. Andrews State Park, restaurants, fishing, golf cart rentals and of course, only steps from the private beach entrance! Private parking, includes spaces for up to 4 vehicles in our driveway.

This brand new, beautiful home has 2 levels:

On the 1st Floor there is a generous King Suite bedroom with a King bed, TV and en-suite full bath.

The 1st level has living room, dining room table, bar stools at the counter, spacious open, fully equipped, kitchen. The living room area features a 65” 4K television with upgraded sound-bar for an immersive viewing experience. The Kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.

Just off the hallway is a laundry room with brand new large capacity Washer and Dryer.

Every sleeping space has it's own TV!

The 2rd level boasts several sleeping areas allowing for many options for your family and friends.

Bedroom 1 is a large bunk room designed with your family in mind. 2 Twin over Full bunk bed sets plus makes this room accommodate up to 6. The room includes a large closet and the entire room has a view of the TV. Your kids will never forget the fun they had in the bunk room on your beach vacation!

In addition to the bunk room we have a loft area with 2 sets of twin bunks, enabling with room to sleep 4, each in their own bed. The loft area also has its own TV.

Bedroom 2 upstairs is a large room with 2 Full Size (Double) beds, a large closet and it's own TV.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 Upstairs are matching King Suites! Each king suite has its own en-suite bathroom, large closet, TV and walk out access to our second floor balcony that looks out onto the pool and has views of the gulf. This large balcony has several comfortable chairs that are perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink!

Access to the balcony is just off of the each of the King bedrooms. Relax, enjoying the views with a beverage in hand on comfortable rocking chairs chairs while the kids come down from a day at the beach in the pool below.

The house sleeps up to 20 comfortably in beds and is across the street from the gulf. The house also has its own heated saltwater POOL right outside your door, with lounge chairs and outdoor dining area to enjoy Florida living at its best.

Coffee maker provided to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach.

We provide lots of large fluffy towels and cozy bath mats in each bathroom. We also provide clean, soft linens for all beds and starter soaps, shampoos, detergents.

Walking distance to several local restaurants. Check out Runaway Island at sunset for amazing views! 7 minutes to the Pier Park Shopping area. Walk to nightlife with live music.

Free ultra-fast WiFi for guests.

For your security a Ring Doorbell camera is installed with a view of the front door.

This home easily accommodates three families or more with plenty of space to spread out.

Local amusements a short distance away – mini golf, water parks, go-karts, amusement rides and entertainment.
