Perfect cozy stay in walkable neighborhood!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this chic and roomy 3 bedroom apartment. It's safe, quiet, and perfectly equipped for a long or short stay. There are amazing restaurants, cafés, and shopping all within short walking distance which made it truly a local living point of view. We are already planning our next visit to stay again in the Spring. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Beautiful apartment!

Very comfortable and spacious! This property was totally perfect for our family of five. The cappuccino machine was a huge bonus. The location is also perfect. We loved our stay in Paris. Thank you!

One of best finds ever

This Paris flat is simply unbelievable. Even better than pictures and description. Had everything our family needed and more. Fully stocked and felt right at home. Great location for local living and excellent communication with owners who provided wonderful cafe accommodations. One of the best rentals we've ever stayed in.

Family in Paris

Great property. Quiet neighborhood central to everything. Major landmarks are all less than 30 min walk. But also central to some great restaurants, shopping, markets, and the metro. Apartment was perfect and then some for our family. One of our favorite evenings was cooking in. Great place, great host.. We will stay there again in the future.

Loved, loved Anna’s place!

This was absolutely perfect for our family and Anna was very responsive and helpful! Marine and her daughter were delightful and so helpful to us upon checking in. We have a 14 yr old, 11 yr old and 8 yr old and they were all very comfortable. The neighborhood was awesome and we could easily get to many markets and move about on the bus and metro. We walked to to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and Norte Dame Latin Qtr! We can’t wait to return.

Magnificent Apartment

We had an amazing time in Paris and this apartment was perfect for our family of five (with three teenagers). We were impressed with the photos when we first saw the listing and even more impressed when we arrived - the unit is bright, clean, well-appointed, very stylish, in a beautiful building and a great location. Anna was extremely helpful leading up to our trip and during check-in; we had only one question during our stay and she was very responsive. We would most definitely want to stay here again and dream of making it back some day. Highly recommend.

Superb!

If you want to feel like you are a Parisian living in a gorgeous quiet elegant French apartment- and not a tourist - this is the place for you! Note that between two bathrooms you have 1 urinal and 1 toilet, 1 shower and 1 bath - so for us worked perfectly - 3m 2f. Very convenient to sightseeing, metro, supermarkets and great restaurants (family favourites were Chartier - cheap and cheerful and Au Pied de Fouet - charming and traditional) Great check in and communication regarding exit. Merci Beacoup!

Parisian Ease

The apartment is ideally located, quiet for sleeping and large for a family of four. Anna was a lovely hostess from start to finish. She was easy to communicate with (in English) had travel tips and she even helped us with what to pack for a Paris springtime. She also let us leave our luggage until our flight out. We found the apartment a very walkable distance to all the sights in Paris. It has plenty of space for relaxing with two very large clean, modern couches and the dining room (open to the LR) seats eight. There are wonderful restaurants just blocks away and delicious patisseries around the corner. Our only small complaint is that both bathrooms did not have conventional toilets and showers. The smaller bathroom has a shower and a toilet, but the larger bathroom has a tub (fitted with a shower attachment but no curtain) and just a urinal. This worked for our family as we have all boys, but it might not work for everyone. In addition, the master had a very comfortable bed, but the other beds were not as comfortable according to my adult children. All in all, we loved the apartment! It made our time in Paris relaxing and easy. Thank you, Anna!

Calm yet close location in the 6th/7th arr. In Paris

We spent a wonderful long weekend with family in this beautiful, well equipped appartment. Shopping streets, groceries, boulangeries, Vaneau metro station, small park etc near by and major sights in Paris (Louvre, Eiffel etc) 15-30 mins walking distance. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Can surely recommend!

Anna's flat was amazing. It was stylish, comfortable, very unexpectedly large. We had a wonderful experience visiting Paris for the first time and highly recommend staying here!

Family Paris short stay

A lovely easy experience, good communication from the owner. A lovely location convenient for all the major sites in the centre of Paris. Slightly odd urinal instead of a second toilet would have been most helpful but all in all a lovely 3 bed apartment and would definately use again and recommend.

Charming Paris apartment

The apartment was very stylishly renovated and very pleasant. It includes a state-of-the-art coffee machine that churns out cappuccinos and espressos and a urinal in the bigger of the two bathrooms (which the three males in our family appreciated, the females less so). The neighborhood is very quiet and residential but within 10 minutes’ walking distance of some of the most happening parts of town. We had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Attractive and comfortable, quiet neighborhood

This apartment is uncommonly spacious for Paris, with three true bedrooms and a large and attractive living room. Furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Be aware that one of the two baths has no toilet, only a urinal (the other is conventional). The neighborhood is very quiet, but also has a good mix of nearby restaurants and businesses. There are two nearby grocery stores. The area is not tourist-heavy and is a pleasant area to spend time in. The apartment is long walking distance or a short metro ride from most major tourist attractions in the city. Anna communicated very well and sent a friend to the apartment to meet us personally, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Great place for families in Paris!

Loved this property and the neighborhood! Anna was a great communicator and her place was exactly the place we needed. Much larger than expected for a Paris apartment. We enjoyed having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and the living/dining area was great for spending time together talking about the days activities. Also, the neighborhood has many amazing shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Great location in a beautiful city, would stay again. There are 2 bathrooms, but only one toilet. The other is a urinal. Made It a little tricky traveling with teenage boys but we made do. Loved the place and the neighborhood

Awesome Apartment!

The description of this property doesn't do it justice! The apartment was larger than expected and in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We loved staying here and hope to come back and stay again.
