4 night at beautiful resort

Condo and resort very nice. Not enough staff to run club house restaurant properly.

Nicely updated unit!

We’ve stayed at Tamarron several times before and this was one of our favorite properties….very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor space overlooking the golf course.

We have stayed in this condo several times and would again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful stay at Tamarron Lodge. Such a quiet and peaceful place. Mineshaft restaurant had excellent food and the staff there were so much fun!!! Chase and the bartender did a phenomenal job!!! Our condo was clean and very well equipped with all we needed for our stay.

The only negatives were the kitchen layout - too small for cooking - and all the stairs when moving in/out of the unit.

Beautiful Durango

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tamarron is wonderful. We love the facilities. This unit needs some kitchen updating. It is very small. The dishwasher needed repair which was not done while we were there. The screen door was not closing properly so we couldn’t leave the door open in the beautiful climate. The tv’s are not smart tvs. Just needs some updating.

The property was beautiful and glad we stayed here. However, there are some cons that need to be addressed:- Better directions to the property as it was not clear in the paperwork, a map would have been helpful, we received one after the fact. The address we were given was N Tamarron, the unit accessed via S Tamarron.- There was no toilet paper on the roll holder, no hand towel or hand soap in the bathroom. After searching for them, we put paper on the roll, put out a hand towel and soap that was under the sink.- This VRBO had the least amount of items needed for a stay as there were no coffee filters, no shampoo or conditioner provided, etc. For the price we pay and fees charged, a few more items should have been included.- Suggest providing a floor mat for when you get out of the shower and maybe or hook or two to hang up wet towels.- The outside deck had to be cleared of the cobwebs table wiped clean so that we could sit outside and enjoy the view. - We ate at two restaurants on the property: Mineshaft was great food & service; however Cliffside was not the best experience as the food was not good and the bartender/server was the only one working during dinner hour, better staffing is needed.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the arrival instructions and understand how frustarating it can be when directions are not as clear as expected. WE appreciate your feedback regarding the property access information and will review our arrival materials to determine how we can provide clearer guidance and additional details for future guests. We are also sorry to hear about the inconvenience of having to locate the toilet paper, hand towel, and hand soap after you rarrival. Our intention is always for those itmes to be available in the orange VRC boxes that we provide with starter supplies inside. We appreciate your comments regarding additional amenities, as well as your suggestions for bathroom mats and towel hooks and we will share this feedback with our team for consideration. We regret that the outdoor deck area was not ready for your enjoyment upon arrival and apologize for the extra effort required to prepare your space. Your comments regarding the restaurants on the property have also been noted. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your experience at Mineshaft and appreciate you sharing your feedback about Cliffside as well. -Holly
