You can park the cars and forget them as you will have easy access to all the rides and attractions on the boardwalk, shops, direct access to the beach, great fishing and of course the many fabulous restaurants. Need a break from the sand? There is a beautiful rooftop pool for your enjoyment along with a sauna and gym. Could this place be more perfect?

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and complex.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 7th floor. The Belmont is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront/ boardwalk building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is located in the inlet on Dorchester Street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
