The host was amazing. Communication was quick whenever I had any questions. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Parking was easy. Access to beach and pool were steps away. The chair service was great...we didn't have to worry about dragging any chairs to our spot, they were already set up. I would fully recommend.

When I select a condo to stay in, I look for cleanliness, comfortableness, convenience, and communication. This rental delivers on all four of these. The unit was clean - even dust free into nooks & crannys. The beds, pillows, and furniture were very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep and easy gathering in the living room. It is conveniently located close to places to go and Orange Beach has always been my favorite location. It was also very convenient to have a keyless entry system and nit have to keep up with keys. Communication was excellent, which I truly appreciate. It is worrisome when you search on VRBO and kind of randomly select a condo to rent. But any concerns were put to rest by the various timely emails received. April was very responsive throughout the process, even in following up afterwards. I definitely recommend this condo.

Host was great to deal with and the overall condo was what we expected. I would give a perfect rating except the master shower really needs a deep clean. The glass was spotless but the tile and grout needs some attention. I also don’t like a condo that has a thermostat that you can not adjust to the temperature you are comfortable with.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review and for your feedback. We sincerely apologize we missed the mark and that the shower tile/grout was not up to our cleanliness standards. Thank you for communicating this and the thermostat temperature concerns to us. The thermostat does have a maximum cooling temp set per HVAC guidelines to avoid the unit from freezing. However, your comfort is our priority and we would have gladly worked with you to get the temperature to your desired comfort setting. Please if you stay with us again in the future, let us know immediately of any issues or concerns so we have the opportunity to make things right. Thank you again for choosing our beach vacation property! We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future!
