At this condo, hit the beach, relax by an indoor pool, or spend the day at a water park. The condo provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. Guests can appreciate conveniences like a washing machine and a coffee/tea maker, and other amenities include a balcony and a TV. Limited housekeeping is available.

Wonderful rental!

The owners of this property have literally thought of everything. It was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, everything was extremely clean, and they even had light snacks, bathroom starter packs (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc) and sunscreen available. The full-sized washer and dryer worked great. The owner was very communicative via text and the email prior to our arrival told me everything I needed to know about the property and the surrounding areas. Restaurant suggestions were even included. I cannot brag about this condo enough.

Incredible Place

We had a fabulous time staying at Mandy’s property. The condo is exactly as listed and honestly was MORE spacious than I had imagined. The oversized & private porch is perfect for watching the ocean. There is umbrella service in front of the condo if desired. Communication from the owner is great and she’s accessible if there are any issues (we had none!). Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, and the condo was very clean. Highly recommend! I attached a picture from the porch.

Great complex

Great condo and community. The complex was very clean and well taken care of as well as the condo. It was well stocked for all cooking/living needs. The hosts are very kind and easy to get in touch with. They should add to the listing that they want you to sign a separate contract outside of Vrbo to stay in their unit.

Beautiful Stay

Our stay was amazing, Mandy was very helpful. The condo was very clean, smelled amazing, and the view is breath taking. We will stay here again. Already planning another trip next year.

Another Great Stay!

This is our second or third stay at The Palms and again Mandy and Jimmy’s unit did not disappoint. Mandy was great at checking in with us as needed and offered some great recommendations for the area. You will not be disappointed renting this unit.

Family vacation

Beautiful condo in a great spot at Orange Beach! This location was close to a lot of great restaurants as well as activities and grocery stores. The beach wasn’t too crowded and chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. We never had to wait for the elevator and the staff at complex were very nice. The condo was very clean and comfortable and has a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. The owner was always quick to communicate and touched base before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great vacation and I would definetly stay here again!

Beautiful condo, but micromanaging owner

First let me start off by saying the condo is absolutely beautiful! The floors and showers were the selling points for me! However, if I had known how micromanaging the owner was going to be after the fact, I would have never booked. After doing all of the dishes & putting them away before our departure, washing all of the towels & putting them away I get a nasty text message from the owner about glitter on the floor, makeup on the linens, something spilt & crumbs in the fridge (which I didn’t see because I cleaned out the fridge myself)… I paid a cleaning fee, but apparently you need to deep clean before you leave as well. As a grown adult and coming to OBA for more than 23 years I’ve NEVER been spoken to or treated like such a child by an owner. We will NEVER rent this property again, no matter how fancy the blinds are.

Perfect condo

The condo is updated, has great lighting, roomy (for a family of four), and very comfortable. The complex has a great pool (not huge, but plenty of room for number of condos) and elevators that were quick. The lobbies were air conditioned and safe with fans running to quickly dry the floor. The location is perfect as many great restaurants are nearby so you’re not driving forever to dinner. Speaking of location, you’re right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Four Seasons pier and the Perdido Pass. The owner was very nice and attentive when we had questions. A 10/10 experience.

Wonderful vacation

The accommodations were amazing! The pictures actually match what you see when you walk in the door. The rooms are beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped, and the full size laundry was great! And I can't say enough about that beautiful view from the balcony. The Bartons were wonderful to communicate with and answered all of my questions quickly. I definitely look forward to staying at another time.

Lovely Home

Everything was perfect! From the motorized blinds, to the rain shower heads. The dimmer switches were a very nice feature. Very clean, kitchen is very pretty and well stocked with nice dishes. The staff at the facility were also very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely love to spend another vacation here.

OUTSTANDING!!!

Beautiful condo, great location and the owners exemplify pure hospitality! From the first phone call we received from Mandy letting us know the condo was ready for early check-in it felt like we had known her for years. Amazing views of the ocean from the master bedroom and living room. The floor plan is perfectly spread out and comfortable. Completely updated with the luxury feel of home away from home. The location could not have been any better. We look forward to returning to this same condo next year! Hands down 5-stars all the way.

They are a "house divided" with Jimmy being an Alabama Crimson Tide fan and Mandy being an Ole Miss Rebel. Jimmy and Mandy reside full time in Fairhope, AL (about 30 miles away). Jimmy and Mandy love the beach and spending time in their home-away-from-home and know that you will enjoy this little slice of heaven as much as they do.
