Welcome to our luxury condo!

Less than 3 miles away from Disney and Theme Parks.
2 bedrooms & 2 baths on 3rd floor, elevator available, inside Windsor Hills Resort.
Wifi internet connection inside condo, as well as TVs in every room (cable included)
Association rules: no pets, no smoking, primary occupier must be 25 years of age or older with the exception of children accompanied by parents.
The resort has a double Olympic-sized heated pool which is equipped with a 2-story spiral water slide, children's water play area with dancing waters fountains, and a secluded hot tub area.
There are tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, a fitness center, a movie theater with free guest-selected movies, outdoor grills, putting green and two children's playgrounds.
Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, blender, range/oven, microwave etc

Master bedroom has King bed & TV (cable included) & walk in closet. Wifi included.
Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds & TV (cable included) & closet. Wifi included.
Bed and Bath linens included. DVD in living room. Xbox gme console and game in guest bedroom.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience

Great Location, Great Host!

This was really a great place to stay, we were so close to the parks. There is a great pool on the property too! The host was really easy to work with and very responsive.

This property was perfect for our family. The pool was warm and the waterslides were a great attraction for the kids. Our host was quick to respond to any and all questions and was very accomodating and helpful. We will definately be back here for our next vacation.

First Disney Visit

With a family of 6 we wanted to be close to Disney and loved the pool area for our rest day. Very clean and Wen truly has all the basics needed. My kids enjoyed the Disney touches and we had plenty of room to sleep after long park days. Only suggestion would be more towel hooks. We will recommended to others.

Disney Band Trip

The condo was just like the pictures on the listing. Check in was so easy, even with checking in a day early on short notice. Communication was great! The beds were comfortable and so welcome after being exhausted (and worried about sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress for a week)! Thank you so much for providing a clean, fun place to stay! We'll gladly stay again in the future!

Nice place

Place is nice. Everything was clean. Bed was a little too soft for me but I am like Goldie locks when it comes to my bed. You can see the fireworks from Disney off the balcony at night. Perfect location. Close to Disney and sea world. Walmart is right down the street if you forgot anything.

Happy with the place

We stayed for almost a week. The place was clean and well stocked. I don’t have any issues beside the queen mattress was very soft and hurt our back. Other than this I am happy and would stay here again. The resort is not bad either. Swimming pool was fine but could use some more entertainment. This place is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the pool.

Comfortable and convenient

Have a lovely stay. Little extras make a difference. Some of my family stayed nearby in a big fancy house. No extras there. On the other hand, I was grateful to have soaps, detergents, coffee pods, etc. thoughtfully provided. Host checked in to see if I needed anything. Great stay

Owner is extremely responsive and nice.

Communication with owner is excellent. We appreciated that we were able to check in early. Property is conveniently located to Disney. We love all of the amenities at Windsor Hills. The only issue we had was the bed in the master bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great.

Great for a family

Unit was as described. Lots of extras available (books, dvd, games, bathrobes, throw blankets, pool stuff, even small snacks). Fair warning that the large bed is on the softer side (I was fine, but hubby struggled). The unit is near a side road so that you can hear louder cars drive by (did not affect sleeping but was noticed). Owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. Windsor Hills is a nice community with good pool, slides, movies. It’s an easy drive to Disney. This is our 2nd time staying and would again.

Great location

The apartement was clean and we found everything as described. The location is great, not far from disney. Everything worked out. We had no problems. But overall, the apartement looks very dated. This were the oldest appliances on our whole trip. The condo is perfect if you want to go to disney and you need a place to sleep. But its not designed for cooking for a family. Be careful: the single beds are very high, almost 3 feet. My daughter fell out at night.

Thanks for your constructive feedbacks. We are working on hiring a professional personel design the whole condo this year. I want to find the right team do the job. Sorry for the kids bed issue. They are tiwn size bed with trundle. That is why slightly higher than the usually one. Again, thanks for your feedback. We will provide you different feeling when you decided to come back. I promise.

Quaint but in need of some work

The condo overall was very nice but there are a few things that need attention. First is the primary bed is in dire need of being replaced. It is almost unsleepable and has issues with the bedframe interference, everytime you get up it digs into your legs. We found the kitchen a little under stock for our needs. We do not eat out often so we do more cooking than average guests., also some of the outlets in the kitchen did not work even after resetting the GFI. Lastly the patio furniture is lacking a lot only 2 plastic chairs one which was cracked and no table.That said we would probably stay there again if the bed gets replaced and the patio furniture replaced.Otherwise the community of Windsor Hills is great as usual.

Would stay here again! Home away from home!

My family of 4 stay at this location! We were very impressed. We loved the Disney themed bathroom and kitchen appliances. We loved having Mickey Mouse waffles! The kitchen was fully stocked the only thing we were missing was measuring cups and spoons. No biggie. We did find eyeballing when making our waffles. We also loved that there was all the toiletries available for us. The only thing that we were missing was Kleenexes. But we made due. There was dishwasher pods and laundry soap for us, which we loved. We did buy more and left some There. Truly the only small complaint is the location was on an exceptionally busy road next to the busiest Wal Mart in the U.S. but that small negative is completely made up for with the charm, cleanliness and wonderful feeling of home we had while away from home for a tad over a week. Having the feeling of home was much needed as we visited Florida to watch our daughter compete at Dance Nationals for the week. I recommend this stay for anyone coming to the Orlando area. The renter is professional, clean, understanding, makes a family feel welcome and an incredible communicator for a new traveler like myself. It truly felt like someone was taking care of us while we’re away from home. If a trip to Orlando is in your future, let this wonder spot be your home during your get away. Some other suggestions is possibly adding ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. It gets hot in July and during the evening a fab would be nice to have while we sleep. Another suggestion would be to add some type of drawers in the master bath just so the sink won’t be cluttered. Some command hooks to hang towels on after a shower would be nice too. All things that didn’t break our stay but just would make the next guests love it just as much or more as we did. It was a great first time trip to Florida. We will definitely book this place again with this owner! She was awesome. Quick to communicate and so helpful! Thank you for the amazing stay and making it feel like a home away from home! 😊

Thanks for your review. We will definitely take your suggestions. I want my guests to live here as their own home. Also, I don't want my guests spend too much at Walmart shopping instead of enjoying the trip. That is what I want it to be.

Overall very good for the price. My biggest gripe was the distance to Disney parks. I'm sure when there's no traffic it is only 10 minutes, but there was always traffic. At least 20 minute drive in the morning and over 30 if leaving at park close to return. But the condo it's self is very good for families. Beds in the kids room were a little taller than I was comfortable with. Would definitely be a big fall for a little kid. Nice playground on the property. Host was very responsive to questions.
