2 bed Windsor Hills Condo! Close to Disney World!

Our clean, warm, & inviting condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all of the comforts of home. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, as well as cable TV, and usually a DVD player for you to relax with. The dining areas are comfortable for meal times with the family.

The Master Suite which is separated from the other bedrooms includes a kingbed, TV with cable and a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has sleeping arrangements consisting of twin beds.

The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator with oven/flat top burners, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker dishes, utensils, silverware, pots, and pans etc. full size washer, and dryer in unit, just beyond the living room is the lanai for your morning coffee and fresh air.

While we try and provide each guest with everything they will need, there are some items that are not provided in the homes.

While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and wash cloths as these are not provided in the homes.
Starters of toilet paper, and soap are provided, but you may need to supply more of these as your journey progresses. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. must also be provided by the guest, as well as grocery supplies.

Amenities Galore here at Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills offers the highest level of comfort for your vacation dollar. The privacy gated Windsor Hills Resort Community caters to the vacationer`s every need!

The spacious clubhouse includes a luxury water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, as well as a zero-entry pool that`s perfect for toddlers. There is also a children`s playground, community grilling area, tennis courts and sand volleyball.

In addition to the many exciting amenities offered by the Windsor Hills Resort, you`ll also find everything you need in your condo to make you feel right at home.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

It was very clean and convenient. Very short drive to the Disney parks and near shopping and restaurants. The door code was a little confusing but we got the hang of it. Could use a few updates and I would suggest bringing your own pillow - but otherwise it was clean and had everything I needed for a weekend away.

Easy check in and clean property

Stayed for High School baseball spring training and we were very impressed with the property. Close to the ESPN wide world of sports complex and the condo itself was very clean and the pool was a lot of fun and we had a great time. Will definitely be back next spring

Nice place, very busy pool.

The condo was spacious, well decorated, and clean, except for the bedroom carpets; they were old and stained. The kitchen was well supplied. The pool was a 5 min walk away. It's a large and very busy pool with a lot of children playing in it. If you have children, they'll love it. If you don't, and are looking for a quiet place, look elsewhere. It's a very nice resort. I would stay there again.

2022 Disney Trip

Absolutely loved this condo, the water park and pool were perfect for my 4 year old step daughter and kept us entertained when we weren’t at the parks. The condo was very spacious and cozy.

Property grounds were good. However the 2 problems we experienced was the refrigerator was not working therefore required us to wait for repairmen and the entrance gate was not working causing backup at the gate

Basic Accommodations

Our condo was very clean overall, but the couches were dated the fabric was pilled, and the arm rests were dirty. The mattresses had 2 large dents in them. While I was able to communicate with management prior to check in, I emailed them about a home in the wall upon our arrival and never heard back. It was an inexpensive rental and it shows, it was just ok. We were only there to sleep and have breakfast, so for our needs it was fine. I would stay at Windsor Hills again, however I wouldn't stay in that unit a second time.

Great property close to Disney

This was a wonderful property close to Disney, wal mart and anything else that we needed. The check in process was easy & we had everything that we needed for our vacation.

Windsor Hills

We picked this unit because of the pool and water park for our 5-yr old, and she loved it. Proximity to Disney is great. 6 minutes to Animal Kingdom. The unit was big, with everything we needed. Only negatives were the inoperable ice maker and stack of stained sheets and towels from the prior resident / cleaning crew. Not the first thing we wanted to see walking through the front door. Check in is offsite - not convenient but understandable.

great place!

My only dislike was the bar/grill. It did not stay open in the evenings, did not have a bar & the food was not good. I like to have a restaurant and bar poolside. Everything else was amazing!

Good location! The condo can use some updating. You also need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and spices for food.

Pool area problem

Pool area seating was very crowded by 8:30 am daily, to the point that people arriving after 9 am could not find seats or tables. This made the experience uncomfortable, especially when another guest became argumentative when we had a table and he did not. The unit itself was comfortable and owners were responsive to, and resolved, an electrical problem.

Great place close to Disney

This place was a great place to stay for our family at a great price. Nice and big for our family of four. Nice gated resort with a great pool area and water park. Plenty of parking close to the condo. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again.

Great value!

We came for a conference and the condo was perfect! The only problem was that I didn’t read my email closely, so I didn’t realize I had to check in offsite. That’s my own fault though. Everything else was great.

Best Vacation ever!

We had the greatest time during our week long stay at this condo. We couldn't ask for more for our family of 3! Check in was effortless, security was excellent, the place was clean, and the pools and waterpark are excellent for when you're not at Disney or etc. The bar and grill area were very enjoyable! We were only 6 minutes from the Disney World exit which made the area easy to navigate! I highly recommend this place to anyone vacationing in the area!

Clean, close to Disney, amenities galore!

Our stay was fantastic. Close to Disney parks, ESPN center, tons of restaurants and shopping. Checkin process and billing was easy and just as expected. Clean and modern furnishings, perfect for our group of 4. Loved having the screened in lanai and washer and dryer. Clubhouse, pool, theatre, exercise room, water slides were great. Secure gated entrance, very safe neighborhood. Highly recommend this place!
