Island Shores is a wonderful and budget-friendly vacation rental located in Gulf Shores, Alabama, offering a fantastic view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect choice for those seeking a family-friendly and relaxing atmosphere with easy access to downtown Gulf Shores.

As you enter the unit, you'll be greeted by the calming sight of the Gulf of Mexico, providing an instant stress-relief experience. The kitchen has been fully renovated and is well-stocked, making it easy for you to prepare delicious seafood dishes and meals. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed for maximum comfort and relaxation, and the second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with an attached bathroom. The dining area can seat up to six guests, or you can choose to dine outdoors on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful waves and watching dolphins play.
Island Shores offers convenient on-site parking for your vehicle, and it's just a short walk away from shopping, restaurants, The Hangout, and Gulf Shores' vibrant nightlife.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
During special holiday time periods (Hangout Fest weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Saturday to Saturday during week of 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, and Shrimp Fest weekend) 3 bedroom units are limited to TWO parking passes, and 2 bedroom units are limited to ONE parking pass.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.

Couch was very uncomfortable Furniture was out dated and uncomfortable Door seal did not seal completely at bottom corner.Lots of dirt and grime in corners of the rooms - dead bugs - dust in the vents - ceiling fan did not work in dinning area Found a lighter in the pullout couch so we know it was not checked or cleaned before us Floors were dirty - dishwasher was gross needs cleaned - could not even get the dish tablet in the door it was corroded bottom was dirty 2 nd bedroom with window needs circulation no air conditioning vents very warm Vent in bathroom is molded. People smoking in pool area flicking ashes on the ground where my grandkids were walking. When it specifically stated NO SMOKING !

Unit was clean and satisfactory, equipped with linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. Excellent view of the ocean and convenient to the Sea and Sudā€™s restaurant which is a must see if youā€™re here. Only issue we had was when the wind was blowing had a significant whistling through the front door, which was a problem when we were there and it was windy at night. Overall, a very nice place and easy check In-N-Out. Could use some updates to modernize a little, but was good for the price. I would recommend.

The property is an older building. The elevator was broken and we had use the stairs to get to the sixth floor. The walls need some TLC and floors need some replacing. No ceiling fans in the rooms, but the AC does circulate well. Housekeeping needs to be improved. We had to clean surfaces on the cabinets, walls, tables, and trash cans. The beds are comfortable and linens were clean. There was a nice supply of towels and wash clothes. I tried calling the property three different times to report that the elevator was out. Apparently it had been out for some time and this was never communicated to us before arriving to the property. It would have been useful information. I received a call from a very nice desk clerk. Another room was offered at a separate location.

Week in paradise

A beautiful 2 bed,2 bath condo. With balcony looking out directly to gulf. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room too. If your looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach with your family this is the place to book and stay and enjoy beach life!

Mini Vaca 23'

The property is located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We loved to be able to cook breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved everything about the condo.
