This condo has undergone recent renovations and is meticulously maintained, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness. Brand new TVs, new comforters in bedrooms, and enhanced cable service! The furnishings, décor, and A/C have been thoughtfully tended to. Enveloped by the sound of waves, the fully stocked kitchen invites you to prepare a meal, while the 42" flat-screen TV and stereo provide relaxation. TV entertainment is available in the den or in both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a BRAND NEW 2024 king-size bed, and the second bedroom hosts a queen bed, both offering views of the Gulf. A new addition of built-in bunk beds enhances the condo's capacity to accommodate a total of 6 guests. The bedrooms are fully carpeted, with tiled flooring throughout the rest of the condo. Peaceful and serene, the only sound you'll hear at night is the calming rhythm of the ocean. Revel in the amazing panoramic views!

UPDATE: As of October 2024 there is a new Flat Screen Smart TV and new Lazy Boy Recliner in the living room and the carpeting in all bedrooms was replaced with LVP. In November the condo also went through a professional semi annual deep cleaning

For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days. Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to potential cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may have a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information: Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or through our office. Only 2 parking passes per reservation, with a maximum of 2 cars allowed.
NOTE: For long-term rentals, guests will have to have an additional pass for each month. (GRC's are only valid up to a 30 day stay)
Linens are provided, although guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo ID is mandatory at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
