Seaspray Villa is located in Emerald Shores, a private resort gated-community. While staying at Seaspray Villa, you will have access to a private beach, pavilion and restrooms on the beach, 2 community pools, tennis court, and basketball court! Only a 4 minute walk to the sugary white beach or you can take the free tram shuttle! Beach service available! The Destin/Miramar Beach area is abundant with amazing restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, and water sports and Seaspray Villa is in the heart of it all!

The main level features a spacious living room that opens into a dining room (seats 10-12) and kitchen area (with additional seating at bar). Enjoy movie night with your family/friends with our large flat screen Smart TV, cable included! The large sectional pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa bed. The fully-stocked kitchen features all the necessities for cooking such as pans and utensils as well as dishes, a blender, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, stove/oven. A starter set of Keurig pods, dishwashing supplies, paper towels, and trash bags are included. Down the hall you will find a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, with a starter set of laundry pods provided. On the main floor hallway you will find a half bath, conveniently located to wash up after a day of fun in the sun and sand! You will also find the first Master suite which includes a King bed and en-suite private full bath with tub/shower combo.

Outdoors you will find 2 large patios on the main floor, one at the entry with chairs to enjoy the scenery, and another to the side of the house with an outdoor dining table and charcoal grill! Beautiful balconies are also located on the second AND third floors with access from the bedrooms so that you can enjoy the blissful views of the Gulf.

On the second floor there is one King bedroom and one bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds that the kids will love! Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. You will also find a full bath with tub/shower combo on this floor.

On the third floor there is one King bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds, both with access to third floor balcony with spectacular views! Catch a glimpse of the ocean from this floor! There is a full bath with tub/shower combo on the third floor.

We provide 6 beach chairs (Free) you may setup on the private beach of Emerald Shores! If you wish for beach chair attendant service and/or to have an umbrella, Emerald Shores is contracted with La Dolce Vita for services (additional fees apply directly to La Dolce Vita). Beach towels will also be provided.

Seaspray Villa has free broadband wireless internet access. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom with cable included!

Seaspray Villa is located in a cul-de-sac with free parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway. Make, model, color of vehicle/s utilizing the driveway must be provided. There is no street parking. Additional parking available nearby at the pools, available on a first come, first serve basis. While boats cannot be parked in the driveway, we can provide you with access to nearby boat parking.
