Make memories in our modern, mountain townhome. Our new construction 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home is the perfect size for up to 3 families or 3 couples to get away for mountain adventures then retreat to at night for fun and relaxation.
Located just minutes from Park City Mt. Resort (6.0 mi), Main St. and Deer Valley Resort (7.4 mi).

Our townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. From the well stocked gourmet kitchen with Viking gas stove/oven, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, the full size LG washer and dryer to the Game Room with full size Roll and Score (skee ball) game, a Bumper Pool table, electronic dart board, 75" flat screen tv for watching movies and sports matches, to the stocked closet full of games, puzzles, books and toys for kids and adults.

Two sets of adult snowshoes and kids' sleds are free for guest use. All towels, linens, bath toiletries are provided. In effort to be more sustainable we provide full size toiletries from Public Goods: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and fragrance free laundry detergent for our guests. We also have two hair dryers and an iron.

Complimentary variety of green and herbal teas, espresso coffee beans AND ground coffee that can be used in our Jura espresso machine, drip coffee maker or French press coffee pot. Our kitchen also has cookware, bakeware, waffle maker, crockpot/slow cooker, pancake griddle and rice cooker. Grill your own burgers and steaks using our brand new Weber gas grill. We also provide cloth napkins, dishtowels, aluminum foil, zip lock bags, dish soap, sponges, paper towels and trash bags.

Each floor of our house has it's own Nest thermostat so guests can control the temperature of each floor. Our private hot tub seats 6 and is private and is located on our patio.
